We are yet to have the work completed but I would thoroughly recommend Sumich Plumbing for ease of communication and coming up with a timeline that works for both parties.

Extremely disappointed with this business. Here I am wanting to support my locals in te atatu peninsula with unprofessional customer service. I call and its a lady that makes me feel like I'm wasting her time, she shuts me up countless times, tells me they don't have time to do it today and closes the phone just when I wanted to reschedule for another day. Wth!

I have used Sumich for many years now. They have extensive expertise and will go the extra mile to get the job done. Recently, they stayed very late in the day until late evening to insure I had hot water, saying "they can't leave me without hot water". Wow! They have all the right attitude! And they were calm, patient, friendly, helpful, and super dedicated! I couldn't ask for anything better! Thank you Sumich!

The wait to install sub-soil drainage was worth it. Sumich Plumbing & Drainage were very efficient and professional with the entire project. Oh so happy to see no more storm water leaking in through my garage wall! The finished concreting to cover the cuttings also looks superb! They kept to their quote too. Very very expensive $95 an hour for an apprentice to come. Even tho we told them what pipes were needed he arrived and had to leave to get the piping he needed (it was standard buteline). Left a mess. Couldn't quote on other work required. Rung a week later to find out where the bill was, was rudely told by the receptionist that they would get around to it, they hadn't processed it, took 2 months and then demanded payment in 3 days or even more cost would be added. Do not use

A necklace lost down the sink ended up with me breaking something in the plumbing. Sumich came to the rescue. Very easy to deal with, lovely staff and great job even if our pipes were a bit difficult. Thanks

Extremely disappointed. Got told between 11-1. At 2: 20 I made a phone call asking if they were still coming. Michelle advised me they were running extremely late and still had another job to go to before mine. She said she was going to call me later on. A wasted and frustrating time for me and my son waiting for someone who clearly wasn't going to turn up today and no remorse just her trying to cover up a lack of professionalism. Very frustrating. A simple phone call at 1 or earlier saying "sorry we are running late" would have been sufficient.

I have changed my original review from 1 star to 3. The next day I received a call apologising for what had happened and we re-booked the appointment. Thanks so much to Gail who organised this.
