Super Cheap Auto

I went shopping botany downs super cheap in this branch on sunday and i saw this worker by the name of singh i quickly by chance read her name tag Miss Singh she was so rude to her customers very dissapointing i must say we are customers no matter what we are always right she should be sacked her tonne was very bad i must say poor lady just walked off. Very bad customer service

Unprofessional staff at the counter who don't know how to talk to customers.
I took a couple of perfumes (which are on clearance online) to the counter as there was no price tag on the shelf. Checkout operator said check the IMAGE of the product online and compare the price.
Again, I went and got a couple of perfumes to buy and the operator said it was a different product and not on the Clarence.
When I showed him the product online it was the same on clearance but he didn't want to accept it and raised his voice and said don't accuse him for what he said.

I got the same product with the clearance price from another Supercheap Auto store.

To the AWESOME 2 young men that fitted our light to our Madza, sorry it was so hard to put in I didn't realize it would be like that? But thank you so much for not giving up I really appreciated it since I work 12hour nightshifts and needed it working tonight, I hope the company recognises your efforts thanks again boys.

Fairly tidy store as has been revamped a little. More organised than Mt Wellington branch. Wait for specials and do click and collect online to make sure you get the discounts!

Great prices and great staff approach and attitude. It is great that they offer battery and oil recycling

The manager helped me fit a new windscreen wiperblade a few months back.she was kind, professional and really helpful in opening lots of different boxes to find the right blade, then she fitted it for me =) she mentioned that the store needs more staff, so I'd encourage reliable people to apply!

Most unreliable place to get color coded spray paint they always say the machine is broken but truth is the lazy employees don't know how to use it.it's been too long now.

Don't seem to keep stock levels up. I've been in twice for fine sandpaper and most of the shelves are empty. Was looking for 2000,1500,800,600 grits. They had none. I was helped by someone at the spray paints who seemed very knowledgeable

Closing states 5pm sunday closed at 4.40pm.

Terrible customer service.
The staffs were not helpful and they were hurry to shut the door by 4.40 pm (even 20 minutes left for closing).

I realised my car tyre got puncture (sunday 6th November) by 4.30pm and I rushed to Supercheap in botany to get the repair kit and I reached there by 4.40pm. I have seen that they were in hurry to shut the door. Two young boys in the customer service showed me their Till has already finished for the day no purchase possible after that and advised me to buy online and pick up on Monday. Come on boys, It was an urgent situation, at least you keep open your store until 5 pm. I even noticed around 4 to 5 customers still came to their door before 5.
Never shop there any more

Great place to be for all aftermarket auto parts. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable enough to help. If not they'll know who and where to ask for all questions ask and to get answers.

Mixed experience, bought online but when picking up the item wasn't available. Apparently out of stock despite being in stock at online store. Well recovered by staff though, offering alternative and arranging the payment with the online store - (5 stars if they gave me the alternative at the same price)

Great customer service today. The young fella helped bring our brand spanking new Rydge Ryder 3x3 Gazebo to the car with my hubby and had great manners. Thank you.

It’s strange to say they are super busy on the phone and transfer to parts and I’m on hold for 15minutes but when you walk into the store there’s 2 staff just standing at the parts desk doing nothing? Nice service won’t come here again.

Seems change of staff - started badly when first phoned the shop then went in and got ripped off something horrible - wasnt given a cheaper option, really bad service, not sure whats happened used to be best place to go with
nicest people. Wont be going back.

Asked if I was ok and needed help, well yes I did and next thing you know, Im out of the shop with all I need and not really being a car person it was a HUGE help. The young Asian man was so good and hope management staff recognise the great service their team provides. Great work keep it up

Called up to see if there was an item on display, said there was and doubled confirmed. 30 minute drive, it was not on display and none of the product available. Not even an apology. Disappointing service.

Five stars all the way, all the team at Supercheap in Botany are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem and when it's the wrong part etc they happily take it back or swap it with no hassle. AAA+

Went here to get my stereo sorted and Dylan was extremely helpful at getting the job done. Highly recommend talking to him, these stars are for him and him only.
