Helpful staff and I’m happy with the product but the mail order “delivery” wasn’t- despite requesting non signature delivery it had a “signature required “ status, was “ returned to depot “- not specified where. After multiple phone calls, incorrect tracking numbers supplied (twice!) and going to four different post shops I finally got my parcel.

I’ve been here 5 times now and every time they are understaffed and unhelpful. I’ve called ahead to check they are mixing paint or doing the engine check or just to see if somethings in stock. Only to arrive and they can’t find what I’m looking for or can’t help in general. Not normally one to complain but given so many chances now it’s only fair

Went to store on Sunday 8th October around 3: 30 pm. Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

Shout out to the Rowena, she has been amazing and has helped me so much. I needed to fix a few scratches for my car but could not decide the right DIY product to use, Rowena has helped me to had a close up look to my car carefully, and has helped me with all the stuff that I needed for my car, including helping out with the right paint colour.
Would strongly recommend Supercheap Auto Mt. Wellington. The crew has been amazing.

Staff behind the counter is very rude and refuses to help will casually chat on the phone laughing while customers queue only to tell them they wont help you at all

Supposed to be the biggest store which has some parts in stock. Staff members are unwilling to send orders to the back warehouse as “it would introduce costs “ the cost is really someone grab the part from the shelf and put it on the belt…. The tyre repair kit worked ok even though the profits is around 600%

Just had a great experience with the manager Rowena who helped me track down a hard to find part. Great customer service from someone willing to go the extra mile.

Good range, but more than half the products do not have price labels. They seem to be intentionally missing on the price tags, so you buy them and get a rude shock at the till!

Staff were so friendly and accomodative. Just sucks how my farm source/RD1 card didnt work here. I may just have been the first person to try pay with this card as no one knew how to put it through but thats okay. Just paid normally. I really have praise the staff thought, they were very nice

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Chatting and laughing at the counter and out back. Didn’t come when I asked for advice with batteries. It’s a shame as I was prepared to buy quite a lot, just needed a moments help.

As someone who knows nothing about cars, the service staff was extremely helpful, checked out my issues with radiator and engine, correctly advised me not to spend money uselessly, AND guided me to the best deal in town for an engine scan. Thanks heaps guys!

I paid them to put my windscreen wipers on and one came off and scratched my window pretty badly.

I had to pull over on the side of the western motorway in the wind and rain and I was so scared someone was going to run into me or my car I was in tears and extremely distressed.

In the end I did get them replaced and Andy the manager was nice enough but it does make me wonder how many other people this happens to.

I was actually telling the woman at caci clinic and she told me the same thing happened to her at the botany store (except worse because her car is a later model and the whole wiper arm came off and she had to get an earlier model one put on) leaving her out of pocket by hundreds of dollars.

I really believe my safety was compromised all because someone didn't do their job properly.

You shouldn't offer the service imo, if it can't be done to the highest standard.

Good location especially after the closure if the Onehunga branch, large store with good layout

I am waiting in the store for customer service. I feel I am invisible to them. I feel disgusted, very poor service.

Staff are nice and doing their best to accommodate minimal customers in the shop due to staff shortages. Fair range of products.

The people at this store are very friendly and will make an effort to help you find your product and get to know you if you want to know them.

If there were a zero star rating option available, then this store would deserve one. I actually drove to Wairau Park Supercheap instead of this one 5min up the road from my house. The most unfriendly, unhelpful staff one could employ. If you want repeat customers then I suggest you learn some customer service. Will never be back, I'd rather drive 20min instead.

3 staff behind counter (shop was dead quiet) refused to help with purchasing and installing replacement wiper blade. I find this very interesting as it states on your website that this is an in store service for $5. You lost the sale I went to Repco which were more than happy to help.
