Not a lot of staff on, but the guy who helped me was wonderful, and doing his absolute best to help the other 4 people also asking where and what to buy. Got my item with minimum fuss.

Staff are lazy and aren't around when you need them and when you do find them they're grumpy. IF YOU LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT!

This branch getting hopeless every hour, wasted my time traveling to this store only to find out they only doing click n collect, pretty disappointing.

Just visited the store said Hi to the girl at counter no reply went to the counter with my purchase said Hi again no answer. What kind of service is this even the guys in the shop they don't say hello or hi or acknowledge their customers.

It's super cheap auto. Good range of Chinese made automotive tools and good range of oils, parts, lubricants and car accessories. There camping stuff is also very reasonable.

This morning I had to have my vehicle jumpstarted by State Insurance Roadside Rescue and was told that the battery has to be replaced. Once my vehicle was jumpstarted I went straight away to SuperCheap Auto in Kelston. I couldn't go inside the store as I needed to keep my vehicle going or else it won't restart. I explained to the lady who answered the phone my situation (that I wanted to purchase a new battery and to have someone install it for me this morning). I also informed her that I was parked outside the store. She advised that she would find out and get back to me (put on hold). She came back with "Sorry we don't have the equipment available to do this for you". I'm thinking "equipment? " I couldn't believe it. So I asked whether their Henderson branch could help me and she said best to give them a call first in case I go there and they can't do it. So while my car is still idling in their carpark, I called their Henderson branch and explained my situation to them. Their reply was "Sorry our equipment is down so we can't do it today. " They advised that they had a battery for me to purchase and then offered to "lend me the equipment" but that I had to give it back once I was done. Again, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told them that I will sort something out. I then contacted Battery Bill who said that they could do the job for me as they have the right battery available and they will also install it. I then drove from SuperCheap Auto in Kelston all the way to Battery Bill in Papatoetoe. Battery Bill not only provided me with a new battery (that was $60 cheaper), but it also came with a 3 year warranty AND they installed the battery for FREE.with a WRENCH! I couldn't help but wonder.what had that been my mother in this situation? Thank you so much Battery Bill for helping me out. As for SuperCheap Auto - Kelston & Henderson. You're pathetic!

Went here, the store is closed. Staff shortage, tried ordering via collect and collect by phone - that didn’t work either

Ordered click n collect for 4 spark plugs. Waited for 30min. Received none as only 3 physically available. Went all the way from Sandringham to Kelston. What a pain! Refund for the order processed 5days to get. Again diverted to SCA Henderson. What a waste of time.jjjjjj.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Always have good deals and stock a wide variety of things.

I went to buy a car battery, they asked me lot of questions about my car to then find out they sold me a wrong one.
When I called to ask how can I change it, they said they don’t have the correct model in stock.
Totally waste of time going here.

When you are in the shop. No one to serve you. When you shop online, they give the wrong item. Item prices online is misleading. For a special order waited for more than five weeks, no response. Had to go to the shop 4 times for enquiry. For wiper fitting they tell can't do it as they are short of staff. Short of staff so only online shopping. When you go for pick up no one answers the phone. Worst customer service.

They have so many different paints to choose from, or they can make it exact to your cars colour

You took the time to try and find the best wipers for me and tried a couple products including the one I ended up purchasing. Special mention for one of the Kelston Supercheap staff members. Adrian for going out of his way to help me purchase an item via my trade account that wasn't working online. Well done Adrian, good to see there are people in today's world who understand what customer service is and are prepared to do much more than the bear minimum. Legend.

Went the to get a wire brush they didn't have eney to my liking but I did get a cheep little vice for $15 it's made of aluminium not very strong but OK for very small stuff so with that in mind it's good for the price

Understaffed, massive wait time at the counter, store was a mess, poor service once at the counter, won't be back.

Went to the store today to make most of the 25% sale. Wanted to get some colour matched paint made up but got told by the employee ash they aren't making paint due to it being 'Too busy' and having online orders to process. Yet when approached were just having a casual chat to another colleague at the parts counter nor does it mention anywhere that colour matched paint would not be made up. Will not be shopping at this store again

Products are great and there’s a wide range to choose from, staff is good but I do miss the other young lady that used to be behind the counter I think her name was Veronica she was always lovely she even wrote on my fathers receipt who is hearing-impaired “have a great day today:) ” what a a kind gesture
