Got cheap 2nd hand tyre, fitted, best deal in Auckland. I spent 2 days on phone, called every shop. These guys are the best deal

Do not go to this place unless you know about cars
Left my ute here for a bolt replacement and an oil leak fix, when I came to pick it up I was charged for both jobs, then noticed only 1 was done, I went back in to the office for my refund, they said only the boss can do refunds, who was already there at the shop took 30 minutes to come out and give me my refund, if I didn't check myself, they would of charged me for repairs they the didn't even do, they put the bolt in which would of taken 5 minutes, tried to say it took them 4 hours, I showed them what bolt was missing, they didn't even attempt to replace the rocker cover gasket yet still charged me for it

Competent staff, who are friendly enough. Prices are a bit cheap but not unreasonable. Staff seem honest and don't seem to take advantage of you. Can be very lazy with following up though, took me weeks to get a response on a quote and I ended up going somewhere else after asking for an update multiple times.

My wife came to do WOF there and got the worst experience in her life. The guy who seems to be the manager tried to rip her off and was extremely rude that even made her cry. He required to replace some items which even their inspector said not neccessary to be replaced. When my wife questioned that, he rudely told her to come to another place although she had to come back the the second time and been waiting there for hours with our infant. Can't believe that the guy treated a lady like that. What an shame. We even found out later that they charged for an item that had never been replaced so we had to come back once more.

Came here hoping theyll be able to help me with replacing my bmw tyres, was told they didnt have the right tools to get my tyres out, but they will try to use what they have, i agreed,

Waited for them over 1 hr only to be told that they needed a welder to get my tyre out (what a joke) and they need my car to stay in their shop. For extra charge, I said no then i left.

Went to a well known mechanic, they asked me where i took my car cause the tyre knob has been damaged badly,

The guys from the shop started laughing and told me that these guys from the other mechanic could have atleast let me know that theyve damaged it before they let me go,

A $300 tyre replacement went up to $700 just cause these guys dont know when to stop, i ask for you to try, but not to the point that youll damage my car. The other mechanic could've replaced my tyres with no issue if these guys didnt damage my cars tyre knob. I do not recommend!

Great service and a great price. Also, very knowledgeable and honest. I went in to get one 2nd hand tyre but they informed me that they only one they had was a different rating and would cause issues for the WOF. They offered to fit it anyway but I ended up choosing to have a matched pair fitted for a good price.

To be honest it take a long time but the young man did explain that they were under staffed so with that being said the service was good and I have already recommended work colleagues to get their tyres there happy chap

Very professional and friendly staff, Noah and Ali got my clutch replaced and cv boots fixed within a week at a reasonable price.
They keep you updated with the job and timing is great.

Took my car last year for warranty fail due to my tyres, left light and some other things that were mentioned by you guys that needs to be fixed in order to pass warranty. They listed and price everything for me so I pay them over $1000. My light only last me 3 weeks so I when back got told to pay extra because it pops and the string that was connected to something was not in place that will cause me more which was $490 I didn’t want to refuse I just wanted to get it done and over with. I took my car to another mechanic this year for my warranty sadly they showed me that my tyres was never changed everything that I was told that need to be fixed was never fix at all So annoying and angry right now can’t believe I trusted you guys and pay yous for nothing. Definitely Won’t recommend this to anyone.

Highly recommend! Fast and easy service done here! I needed a new tyre to pass a WoF and these guys were straight into it! Will definitely get tyres and my car serviced here from now on!

Very unprofessional. False advertising, very poor customer service. On Friday the Service Agent confirmed availability of tires (7 in stock) and confirmed price (GST exclusive). Based on this conversation I requested (in writing) a quote. No response by Tuesday. Followed up twice on Wednesday, only to be told they don't have the stock (as advertised) and the advertised price was incorrect. Complete waste of my time. Will not be recommending Super Cheap Tyres to any of my colleagues.

Have been here twice. First time a few years back to get a set of second hand tyres for my truck and second time for warrant of fitness a couple weeks ago for my van. Thank yous again for awesome fast and kind service.

Staff are very friendly and very very good service they do. Love the Chinese lady at office. She was very friendly and kind woman.
