I can't remember the dudes name that was at the counter but he was cool as good vibe even helped me out on finding the right and affordable price on a diagnostic scanner for my car thanks

Went in to find something, no staff around at all walked around for 5 minutes trying to find someone, they have been closed countless times this year alone, asked the checkout staff how to apply for the job advertised (massive sign out front saying now hiring) he said oh nah were not hiring aye.

Never knew you guys only did click and collect for the day, would've been nice to be on the website so wasted time out of my Sunday and fuel to get there, find out then go back home. Then proceeded to get a text after I purchased some sockets saying I could pick them up 5 minutes before closing. I got there before 5 and called 3 times (got hung up on on the first call) and even walked up to the door to get someone's attention but no one was there. Then two workers came out of the side door at 10 past 5. I said I called and got the text and asked if I could get my sockets because I needed them. I was told they couldn't go back inside because of the alarm and didn't know the code. So ended up wasting my time and fuel yet again. Useless and unhelpful.

Great place to shop, very friendly and helpful staff. Supercheap Auto is always my first stop for anything in that field. Usually don't need to go anywhere else.

A great asset to any location. Good service range, and deels that complement other companies, by not just offering specials on the same products.

Seems like the customer service and help you receive just depends on what worker you go to on the day. Some will help, some don’t want to help. Came in today and was told they weren’t allowed to help with something, got a friend to ask another worker and he gladly did it for us. Same worker who said no to helping gave me false information from one of my precious visits within the past month.

Have been multiple times and its only open for click and collect? This has been going on for months now, maybe hire some more staff.

Good when they are open, been caught out twice on weekends with shut doors due to staff sickness issues.

Was looking at car stereos met an older staff member who could not do enough to help. Just a good person.

What's going on supercheap? Have arrived at the store on several occasions and click and collect only! Repco is open for business. Please advise when you will be opening again as advertised.

I found the staff extremely we had to buy a birthday for a young man so we're looking at tools because we what is something he could keep forever. The reason I'm telling you about this is the staff there were extremely helpful, opening up tool kits so we could see what was in there. It is true we spent a little more than we intended but that's what happens when you have good helpful staff ️

Still good value, but I think like most companies that rely on overseas stock supply chain issues exist.

Keep changing delivery date on order they said it would take a minimum of 24 hours to get back to me on order status

Great place to go for all your car bike and boat related bits and parts great team of staff who are very helpful

Ordered parts but had a small problem with only 1 part they could not source. Parts where expertly ordered for the car from back kiosk. Car now drives safer thanks guys. They also explained before ordering the parts that there would be a two week delay ordering-lastly 1 week ago informed on the lateness-situational unawareness of a overseas container ship carrying there NZ warehouse parts.

Easy to find what I wanted plus picked up an online order that was ready an hour after I ordered, exceptional service as always

Tried to ask the person on the phone about what I could search for. She was super unhelpful and would not listen to what I was asking.
