Just Hopeless, no staff, no customer service at all, been there a few times to get items and staff just not interested. Go to repco takanini where they actually appreciate your business.

Needed window wipers, and thought I would have to suffer putting them on myself. But for a small fee they did it for me. Saving me frustration and time from doing it myself. Yes diy is good but would rather do an outdoor deck that fumbling around with window wipers. They saved me time, thanks SCA!

Was ok, seems to have new staff every 6 months.some staff no there store where others have no clue and fob you off, a bit like the Bunnings up the road.

They say super cheap, but I find them quite pricey! Lovely staff gave us recommendations on where to go for a day out.

Took car into get new front and rear wiper blades fitted, nice guy and top service - impressed, nice work guys

Staff who answered the phone 9.17am for initialisms the gentleman used the word Hump for letter H, he then hung up the phone call, so I continued to call through and after my phone call being ignored I decided to call elsewhere.

Store was clean and organized. Everything we looked at had the correct price tag. When we went to check out I was asked of I had an account, had a gamble that the hubby did and got a nice discount. Parking out front is minimal but there is plenty round the side.

It's ok but wen ifirst walked in guy wasn't very helpful as he ddnt no wea to look for something I needed he sed it was his first day sent me to the other desk who helped me to gt wat ineeded in saying that I think customer service cld have been better let thm dwn xx

Staff were fine for the most part, except for the fact that they didnt even notice someone/thing had taken a dump in their checkout lane and i nearly stepped in it, I nearly chundered and had to hold myself together and collect myself outside because the stench was so bad, How could they miss/not smell that?

Good quick attentive service from staff.and good product knowledge.however cashier seemed to be on holiday.laughing and amusing herself whilst customers waited to be served.very school kid attitude not professional behavior

Hit and miss.
They did a great job with replacing the battery for my car key fob.
Unfortunately they sold the wrong bulbs for my rear car light to me. They now keep closing the store all day due to lack of staff. Therefore I haven't been able to return the bulbs so far.

Nice shop with friendly staff but the prices are at the point where it might still be super but its certainly not cheap anymore
