Its always great to visit very helpful staff that want to help and not just sell you something you don`t need

Have shopped at this place plenty of times, although I prefer the Wairau location, I never had any problems till today. Picked up a toolpro tool chest that I found to be dented and damaged. Talked to James one of the managers to work it out, but he wasn't willing to help.

The assistant manager that served me was absolutely fantastic and the rest of the staff were super friendly

Salesman was very helpful, I explained my problem and he came up with a solution in next to no time. I haven't visited their competitors for a few years now. It's not just about price.

Really terrible. Ordered and was asked to wait. Was told it would be done at the end of the day as they were really busy. I was nice and agreed. Halfway through the next day called only to be told they were too busy talking money from other customers and it MIGHT be the end of day 2. Really needed this. Their solution: forget about just filling the order, give me my money back! This was not a click and collect, I was in the store and they bumped others in front of me. Once you have paid for something, beware.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and even offered a solution when what I wanted wasn't there!

Page is a Star! So is the young Man who loaded the two heavy work benches into my car. Page ordered the two work benches from Rotorua that I wanted and they arrived at her branch within a couple of days. Page kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and located where the last of where. Many Thanks

The last 3 times I have been there, I have checked to confirm stock only to arrive and it not be present. Their customer service is shocking, no one has a clue about what's missing or what's in stock. DONT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE FOR STOCK!

I went into the store to try and find paint to match a rare motorcycle built with an even rarer paint job for a limited run, a close match would have been ok! …. A young dark haired lady employee (I’m sorry I missed her name) decided that she was going to find that colour come hell or high water…Blow me down, she found it! It took a while, but she refused to give up.
I was truly impressed with her dedication and tenacity, and would like to express my sincere thanks and admiration for her help…I can now restore my motorcycle due to her stellar performance!

They didn't understand that I didn't buy the things I did on my club card they were on special for everyone at the that price but they put it on my trade card and It cost me more and they told me that it was to late and they were not going to look back to sort out the problem

Go to for car parts and tools. Always helpful and great prices if we wait for the specials especially on oil.

Went to refund a car stereo, one of the male staff was rude and straight up told me that I shouldn't buy stuff that I can't afford. I like the rest of the staff except him.
