Superior waterproofing helped me to waterproof a basement domestic room that had a damp problem. The solution, applied from the inside, has held up in the few months that it has been in place. This is despite very heavy rain in the last two months. I am happy to recommend the company to others.

Asked for a quote for essential works Level 4 lock down covid-19 with a lawyers letter to confirm works were essential. They asked me to send all the photos and builders report and they would get back to me in a few days with a quote, heard nothing for a week so I called to follow up, I got through to Michelle who apologized and told me I would get a call straight back within the hour. 1 week later and still no reply, I have also emailed and no response. Very poor communication.

$150+gst just to get a quote. This isn't standard, I've rung 2 other companies happy to do a free quote. Shame as I've heard great things about the work you do. I'd suggest actually telling people what the fee is too over the phone when they book as I didn't realise the actual cost until you sent me an invoice to pay prior to the site visit.

Eddie and his staffs fixed our leaking wall at the end of 2017. There were a little bubbles appeared in a small area on the wall in the winter of 2018. They came back to resealed, waterproofed again and pained whole wall. He is a responsible person and worthy of trust.
