It’s sad that Auckland is losing this specialist lighting store. Thank you Jean and hubby for your wonderful service for so many years. Jean’s advice and knowledge has been very special, and the high standard of customer service she gives is rare in retail these days. Very sad to see you go.

My go-to place for bulbs and advice. My house has a few older or unusual bulbs that chain lighting stores don't know about, or aren't interested in helping me find; these people know their stuff, and are always pleasant and very helpful. 100% recommend if you need knowledgeable assistance.

If you're looking for a special bulb this is the place to go. Very helpful service with knowledgeable advice completes the picture.

The place to come for speciality lighting needs. Superlight has a variety of hard-to-find lighting parts, knowledgeable staff and good service. Better prices than the chain stores too.

I have to disagree with these reviews. Worst customer service we've had since relocating to Auckland. The lady we dealt with was so very unpleasant and rude. We won't consider using this shop ever again. Luckily there are plenty of other lighting outlets to choose from.

I visited this store on Wed 2 Sept looking for a bayonet bulb (which i could not source anywhere else on north shore) and a replacement LED downlight. Extremely helpful lady who seemed to know more about the LED light than the other shops visited. And got the bulbs too. Highly recommend!

You'd be mad not to visit this shop they have the best advice, and will sell you the right product at the right price and they're nice people with plenty of time to discuss what you need.
