I went and saw Mark about replacing the hood lining on my Ford Falcon. I wanted to change it to a suede material. Mark was very helpful in choosing the right material and colour. The finished result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Complete drive in, drive out service. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Terrible quality. Broke my trim pieces then hot glued them together! Interior lights hanging out the roof. Even one of the Interior handles installed upside down. A 3 year old could do better. The more u look the worse it gets.

Supplied & Installed new carpet and floor mats in a 1969 Mazda, did a nice & tidy job at a fair price. Easy process and good to deal with. Thanks

I can't recommend Supertrim enough. I needed a new skin for my Audi A3 convertible and the Audi dealership pointed me to Supertrim. There were some delays due to Covid-19, but Mark kept me up to date through the whole process. I was told that they would have my car for 3 days, but was completed within 2 1/2 days. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend Mark and Supertrim

Great communication and easy to deal with. I am happy with having my roof lining back on the roof and not hanging.:)

If you are too busy, please do not ask the customer to bring the vehicle over then just simply turn them away since they already told you about the make and model of the vehicle. Wasting time! Do not recommended

Please learn from my mistake and stay well away from this place. I took the vehicle to Supertrim as there was an issue with the convertible roof and it was not going all the way down.
Mark asked me to operate it while he was looking at the mechanism. The brake pedal needed to be depressed for the roof to open or close, so that was my task. Mark worked on it and the roof went all the way down. On bringing the roof back up again the glass in the windscreen shattered. Marks response was to say “sorry that happened while you were operating it”. Yes while I was the one pressing the open/close button it was under the request and instruction of Mark on the Supertrim premises while he had been working on it. Strike one
I now needed to get the roof replaced as the glass was shattered. The work was done but when I went to pick it up on showing the finished work there was metal filings where the roof would have gone back into. Metal filing and a canvas waterproof roof don’t mix. On pointing that out Mark said that “metal filings will continue to come out when the roof is operated for a bit. It must have just happened”. Once the metal filings were vacuumed up no more have ever appeared. The fact that no clean-up was done and blame automatically looked to be shifted again makes it Strike two
On the way home anytime I turned a corner there was a metal-on-metal rattle. Turned out that the old rivet ends had been left inside the roof mechanism when Supertrim replaced the roof. Those rivet ends would roll when a corner was turned. It could have only been something that Supertrim had done so I contacted them. Again Marks response was shift blame saying it can’t be something Supertrim had done and they would have to charge for time spent if it wasn’t in the roof. Marks speed at trying to assign blame elsewhere made me think that he would find the “fault” somewhere else and try to bill me. I had learnt my lesson and was pessimistic at this stage so made sure I put in an email that Supertrim were only to work on things that they had done. What do you know, turns out that Supertrim had left 5 of the 8 rivet ends inside the roof mechanism. Completely Supertrim’s fault from poor workmanship. Strike three. Was there an apology? Nope. Just another day wasted, time without the car and the hassle of getting to and from this shoddy business.

So to finish how I started this review. Please learn from my mistake and stay well away from this place.

Great service getting the inside roof of my car re-upholstered as the existing material had come off and was sagging. Communication was excellent, the quality of the job and the service was amazing. I was also very happy with how quick the job was done. Highly recommend!

I couldn't have been happier with the work Mark and his team did. I wanted my motorbike seat 'trimmed down' a bit, as I am short, and was standing on tippy toes on a very beautiful bike! Needless to say, inducing a lot of worry about dropping it. Mark was so honest, helpful and knowledgeable about replacing the original foam (so I can put it back together if I sell it) and replacing with thinner foam. The seat still looks good, is still comfortable (enough!), and means I am now comfortably on the balls of my feet, and much more confidant when I stop the bike. He was super fast in responding, and sent photos by text, and communicated so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, obliging and kind and excellent workmanship, a marvellous help in time of need!

Turned up at the site to chat with someone about replacing e36 convertible rear window which I had brought myself and wanted to pay them to do with their claimed experience and skillset. Staff member I spoke to was absolutely talking out of his a*s and had zero clue even though he pretended to know what he was on about. Said if the window was removed the whole top would collapse and all sorts of other issues, so they’d have to replace the entire top and back window. I ended up doing the replacement myself at home in under an hour with a window off eBay. All in all when I drive past now I always wonder how many people have been bs’d by the same guy. I feel sorry for them.

Exceptional work outstanding, viewed some projects in the shop at the time and must say would have some very happy owners

Don’t bother using those guys!
Expensive, no warranty, poor repair, use bad quality fake leather, paint came out one week later after repair.
Extremely hard to deal with.

There is nothing he doesn't know about upholstery. Mark has upholstered an number of things for me over the years. He suggests better ways to do things and is right every time. Legend!

Did a great job on my VW Golf, replacing the dangling roof upholstery. High quality job, done in about 6 hours and vacuumed the whole interior of the car as a complementary service. Very happy and highly recommend.

Amazing craftsmanship at what they do. The Drivers seat looks like new and feels new in the padding and bolsters. 10 out of 10 - would recommend

Don’t bother using those guys.
The job was done (not sure of the quality) but I can see my car seat wasn’t buttoned up properly and most of the stuff is loose even electrical connectors including the airbag.

Will never use them again.
