Can't get much better as a local. Always happy to explain the issues. Gives options for repairs from 3rd parts, 2nd hand or new genuine parts. Happy to show the old broken parts, I find many other mechanics throw it out before you get there. Gives advice about what might need repairing/replacing in the future etc. Suggest book week or so in advance where possible as very popular place.

Called up to see if an issue could be fixed and although they were super busy, they still made the time to squeeze me in and help me out. Really appreciate it thank you! Super helpful and very friendly. Thank you again for your time

In the area and noticed I had a flat tyre. Talk about life saver! Pulled in and got fast friendly service. They Repaired the punctured tyre. Reasonable price. Great service. Thank you.

Have used these guys alot for WOFs, services & repairs over the years with 3 vehicles. Close by, friendly team and pretty decent valued pricing. Its not worth me doing my own service.they are highly recommended on community facebook pages and therefore always busy, so book in advance!

Read some good reviews, but never have a chance to use them as they do not open on Saturday.
Finally had my VW serviced last Friday. Highly recommended.

Swanson Worx are wonderful. I won't go anywhere else. They are honest, they don't overcharge and clearly explain things to me. If you want a competent, skilled mechanic who is honest and trustworthy then visit them for a quote.

I rarely leave reviews but I am over the moon! Firstly amazing customer service from the beautiful receptionist right from the initial phone call. She's super friendly and kind. To the awesome gentlemen who fixed the problem, thank you! They explained the problem to me as well which was appreciated. Simply amazing and I would highly recommend. My new local: D Cheers!
