This is the second time we used Swiftfix, the first was couple of years ago replacing a shower, job well done in one day nice and clean, this time I asked Graham if he can fit a job in to change my Hot water cylinder with a Rinnai Infinity. Came and saw the job and Sue booked a day to be done. Matt turns up on time asked couple questions on how I wanted things to be done and gets on with the job, few hours later the Electrician called me to also ask me how do I want things and wiring to look, we discussed best look and best option, the next day morning the job was complete all working perfectly, clean and tidy. Sue emailed me the invoice and it was very reasonable and well explained. Great work team Swiftfix thank you and looking forward to using your services again.

We have used Swift Fix for years now. They have done spouting work, replaced a hot water cylinder, and configured us for mains pressure. They have always delivered what they promise, and their plumbers take pride in the quality of the work they produce. In solving a gnarly issue that took a few visits to troubleshoot, they did not charge for work that did not test out as the resolution to the issue. We recommend Swift Fix.

As a property manager I require the services of a plumbing company who are available all hours and can meet the needs of my tenants. Great service and advice before purchasing two new toilets and excellent service on the installation. The young plumber is to be commended on his friendly but professional manner. The job was efficiently completed within the timeframe indicated and the place was left spotless. This is the third job completed by this company for me and I have been totally satisfied on each occasion.

Really positive experience having this team of guys replace our hot water cylinder and damaged flooring. Arrived on time, liaised between plumber/electrician/builder/etc to get the job within the time and price quoted. And all very pleasant young men. Not often do you get such a good service with no dramas when it involves a number of people coordinating.

Prompt response to a semi-urgent repair/replacement of hotwater cistern, which was leaking. Same day a plumber came, assessed the situation, turned off water, removed old cistern and turned on cold water only. Next morning, early, another plumber arrived as promised. He rearranged pipes to ensure ease of future access and installed a new cistern. All done quickly and efficiently. Well mannered pleasant fellows, whom I was happy to have in my house. Well done Swiftfix.

Had a gentleman come in only to advise us that he wasn’t sure and needed someone else to come in to have a look (which was what we thought he was there to do?) and ended up with a invoice saying no one could come the job was too big but here’s a ridiculous bill.

Have used Swift Fix for minor plumbing maintenance issues on our rental properties and own home for several years. It is refreshing to find a company operated like this one. All staff are competent and conscientious, and service is prompt and punctual. Effective, friendly, stress-free tradies who deserve to be recommended.
