11Used to be a good business who cared about their customer. Now are the most hopeless outfit ever. Such a shame. I’m forever chasing them up. All I want is a pool service on a fortnightly basis as I always had, not I’m having to follow up all the time. So poor. At the bare minimum look after your oldest clients. Basic proactive communication would be a great start. Also try to care.
Dropped off a Trident Pro pool cleaner to have new foam rollers put on as they sold me the unit and I was lead to believe they could.
When I collected it the foam was not put on. Told the repair people on road not in shop……. Paid $358 for foam
Plus staff are very hard to understand or maybe I was
Will not use again after 15years
And they are the only repair agent for Trident cleaner
Guys you still have your hours listed as 7 days but not open on Sundays. Wasted time going to several of your stores

I was told that I needed a new pool filter - told not to swim in the pool in the meantime. Waited 2 weeks during which time, pool remained crystal clear, all chemicals tested normally. Got a quote for $3000 which seemed strange. Got a second opinion - pool filter working perfectly (as suspected). Contacted the shop, told by people there that I wasn't the first to complain, their manager had just quit. Waited 2 weeks for new manager to contact me - Mr Graham Lees. Told that he would do an investigation. Called to say that customers should always get a second opinion and not trust their work! Found that incredible. Took no responsibility for the dodgy advice and was not prepared to take it any further. Hopeless and negligent, don't waste your money or your time.
Called them beforehand, extremely helpful, very friendly, awesome customer services, thank you both so much for helping me out today
If they have staffing issues, then a courtesy call to customers BEFORE their pools turn green in the height of summer would be helpful. We hadn't seen our fortnightly pool man in weeks. I left a message for them prior to our pool going green.no response. A second call and I demanded immediate action. I guess to their credit, someone did come over almost immediately, but I'm pretty disappointed that my pool got to that state in the first place. Not that impressed thus far.

Absolutely useless service chasing technician as he said he will come to check the pump. Never showed called office 4 times was told every time someone will call me back. No call back. Unreliable, unprofessional.
SO easy to deal with, just an all round pleasure in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness. And at a very reasonable cost! Will not hesitate to recommend Darryl and technician Geoff to everyone in the market for pool and/or spa pool services. Don't even bother ringing around. You are wasting time unnecessarily - just go straight to Darryl and he will sort you out!
Swimart Greenlane (Darryl mainly) have been looking after my pool for several years after I "lost control". The do an excellent job, are reliable and proactive giving excellent advice on equipment upgrades, equipment maintenance etc when required.
I highly recommend them.
Great. Pleasant and no fuss. Easy to manage any issues arising with accounts. Good value for money. Also, as the property is rented, I need feedback on maintenance issues including gates and foliage issues. I have been pleased with the contact I have had so far. Thank you for your care.
