These guys walk away from their failed products. I brought a new pool pump off Swimart and it failed at approx 3.5 years. The pool tech advised the pump had a 5 year warranty. The Swimart owner was very rude on the phone and told the tech to walk away from the job. Very disappointing attitude considering I purchased products off this company for last 9 years.

They told me when i purchased the pump, I should expect an 8 year life. Per the consumer GA, products should a reasonable amount of time. I will be seeking the repair cost through the small claims.

Friendly staff, quick service. My now, go to store for spa items and water testing. Also the printout they provide is very informative if trying to balance your spa.

Worst service ever I spent $150 on chemicals in the last two days two water tests, add this step 1 blah blah, go to mitre 10 as they are far better at water testing than the no idea guys at swim mart pakuranga, my pool is as green as ever after being ripped of and told this will Diffinitly clean up the green water.

Great service everyone. Makes home maintenance easy, accurate testing and no upsetting. Just what you need for safe pool and spa use that you can do without extra cost of pool valet service

Good shop expeirence but very bad valet service. The guys in the shop are nice and helpful. But the valet service is very poor. I guess that is because they rely on contracotrs heavily on providing the valet service and do not have proper quality control. This is the pool that has been under their valet service. I did not noticed that as I do not live in that property. One day the pool guy send me a message that he has serviced the property. I accidentally is their and did not see anyone. Then I found that the pool is not properly service. I sent email to them with the pictures but no one has ever replied my email. I then insisted that they inform me the time when they come the next time. I tried to talk with them but they put every claim on me, the surroundings etc. I asked them why they did not tell me those before and why no one answer my email then they get rude and said that they won’t do the pool anymore. Seems that they have not vacuum the floor for many times and relied fully on the robot cleaner we have.

Quick service and practical advice although the stock seemed quite limited? Not sure for my first time visiting. Great location, easy access and parking.

Yes, we are loyal to Swimart Pakuranga. However, they have lost the staff member who can replace Barracuda membranes. The remaining staff have been instructed not to do them given risk if breakage. Eventually worked with one of the staff- on a no liability basis- and we replaced the membrane in store, together.

Unfortunately they never answered phone or even called back after leaving name and number.went elsewhere that wanted business
