T2 Tea reviews
44 Kia Ora. It was a small colourful shop with a beautiful and exotic tea set collection.
We have a wide range of selection to choose from
I had got a coffee mug which was worth the price.
They have tea pots, various flavored tea, designer cups, mugs, unique flasks, spoons and cups and saucer.
Loved the collection and the interior of the shop.
Friendly staff. Spotless store. However, I prefer ordering online, as it seems that any time I go in to the store, they are out of Singapore Breakfast! So good.
It was a store that I found by chance while walking.
My daughter asked me to buy something from Starbucks, and she gave me some pictures, but they weren't the same or good, so I took a picture and sent it to her, saying, "There are a lot of cute things here. ".
The store clerk was pleasant and kindly gave me the OK when I took the picture.
(I bought a coffee cup with a saucer, but it rattles a little when placed on the table.)
Went in there today. It's a beautiful shop with beautiful China cups, teapots, flasks, and more. The girl who talked with me was very helpful and very nice. It's on Queen Street and is well signed both above the store and on the window. It was nice just browsing, but l didn't get anything because there was so much and so lm going to go back with my niece so she can choose by herself.
Just been there around an hour ago.the woman is a rasist. Confirmed. I and my partner waiting there for a long time just for pay, the cashier passed us twice said nothing and ignore us. Sooooo rude woman.
Brilliant service today. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Got some delicious tea, cant wait to go back for more!
I love tea but hate shopping in store here. The workers don't respect your personal space. I have autism and will say I want to be left alone but they hover and continue to bother me. The store is overwhelming as is and it's only worse with overly heedful staff. I wish T2 were more accommodating.
There was amazing service and great staff and very amazing products, although there was quite an obnoxious customer who didn’t specify she had autism and tried to blame the poor staff on her mistake of not telling them that she needed to be left alone
Decided to try T2 and got a carrot cake tea. Tasted and smelled exactly as it is called. Was really good!
I absolutely adore this shop. They have amazing items and stock everything tea related.
There's a huge variety of tea something for everyone.
The store opening hours is supposed to be 9am to 5pm but its a second time this week that I drove all the way to the store to find out they are closed. One was 9: 45am the other day and today at 2: 30pm. Couple of staff were inside but there was a sign that "We're closed for cleaning". You shouldn't shut the store to do cleaning during work hours, thats an after hour job. Bad management, bad!
T2 basically robbed me. I ordered from them and they said they shipped it but told me the courier said my address was incomplete. I verified the address again (no issues with other companies) and the guy through email basically said too bad it's your problem now and that's where it has been left at. Terrible company and Terrible customer service.
Lots of variety! From aaaaallll imaginable flavours of tea to tea pots, cups, literally whatever you need to enjoy your time with a cup of high quality tea. The items are quite pricey but you can make a purchase during their sale. The only thing that was a bit annoying there was no price tags on the items and for each of them you have to ask the seller.
What a lovely little shop. I visited it 4 years ago, and it was bigger with different tea tasting options, and the loose leaves on display. It's still nice to visit and get some reasonably priced teas. Parking is a nightmare of course, but not the fault of the shop.
The lady was very friendly and helpful
GOOD TEA AND GORGEOUS TEA WARES WITH FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING STAFF. I WAS SO HAPPY TO GET THE TINTED BLACK TEAMAKER WHICH IS SOLD OUT ON ONLINE. I LOVEIT!
All the teacup sets are absolutely beautiful. Had my eye on a particular set of cups for a gift but ended up being waaaay too expensive. However, the set I got on sale was beautiful too ️
Brilliant customer service. Placed online order this morning. Received phone call after 9am to ask if i needed the 3 items wrapped separately which i confirmed yes to and i was collecting after work. They have a click and collect service where you collect your online order within 3 hours. Items were gift wrapped and labelled which item was which and was ready to be collected before i arrived)
Thank you T2 for making this Christmas shopping experience flawless!
Received very bad service from staff when visiting on 11 Oct afternoon. 2 shop assistants were chatting even though they could see I was looking for help. Advice given was pathetic, basically just said no we don't have it instead of assisting me find alternatives (and she can clearly see i was looking for alternatives). Feels like the girl who served me was trying to get rid of me so they can have a peaceful Sunday afternoon chitchat.
Best range of flavorous tea. Not the cheapest option, but they often have deals and discounts. I would totally recommend pop up in person for a sip tasting or ordering online your favourite ones
I went to the queen st T2 to get a fathers day gift. They have nice tea cups and pots and also amazing staff as well. She was very friendly and lovely. All the staffs were wearing masks which made me feel really safe as well.
