Orderd part previous day said would be ready for pickup in the morning went to pickup in afternoon still not ready waited for over half an hour for them to remove the part made me late for my customer and ringing me complaining I'm late thankstaha and part is damaged

I’ve dealt with this company twice and would happily do so again. I made one 2 minute phone call, was offered a fair price, was sent a quick online form to fill out and had the car picked up from my house the next day. Zero hassle. There was a slight hiccup where the payment didn’t come through for the first car, but sorted this with a single phone call and received payment into my bank account the same day. If you need to scrap an old car with minimal hassle give these folks a call.

Rung about a sensor for a Hyundai i30. I was quoted $595 more than another wrecker I'd just rung and asked why this one was so much more expensive as I'd been quoted almost $600 less and was there any difference. Guy on the phone literally grunted and hung up the phone. Having had the opportunity to read the other positive reviews, I would agree that they certainly don't appear to be genuine. Won't ever bother using again.

Needed to have my old car towed away and destroyed. They provided a quote within hours and picked up the car the next day. Very courteous, professional, and helpful.

Awesome customer service from Amil (Taha Tyres). I had just emailed them about getting a spare tyre for my car, when Amil rang me (almost straight away).

He was then able to source the right wheel and rim for me, sending me pictures to confirm and then when I got there to pick it up, he also helped me get a cargo cover and screen for my car too - couldn't have asked for better service! Go and see Amil - he will definitely look after you!

Came in today inregards to one of the wheels not passing wof. Sam greeted and was very helpful. Found a tyre that would fit my car and meet all regulations allowing to pass WOF.

A large range of cars but service is a little strange. Everything is a little unorganised and they often "can't find the car" on the lot. Prices are also quite high for many parts - they wanted $1500 for a headlight off a 15 year old crashed Audi. But I was able to get one good deal, and that was it.

The part I needed came at a reasonable price and was sent by courier the same day. Great service.

Very high standard of communication and service from these lads. Administration very slick and approachable. I received above and beyond service after explaining a small amount of my financial situation due to covid 19, to the manager Khan. He was attentive to my situation and incredibly helpful over the phone, I offered $580 short on the asking price for a van he had for sale and he called me back after thinking about it and offered me a further discount on what I had offered, just to make sure I had enough money for the week to eat etc. Someone hit this guy with some good karma! I couldn't recommend Taha Auto Group enough! Payment and ownership transfer were handled in a timely, professional and transparent manner, not to mention entirely processed for me. Flawless service.

Incompetent fools. I called them in the morning with very specific details of a part that I was after and they literally were unable to tell the difference between "front and back". I ended up driving for over an hour to have my time absolutely wasted because they don't know what they're doing when it comes to selling parts.

They offered good deal when my friend sold his UTE. Later, I bought parts for my car at reasonable price. Highly recommended!
