Caleb, Ryan and the team were superb throughout the installation of our SolarZero system. Their communication leading up to the job was great. Full solar panel and battery system installed in one day! I am delighted with the quality of their workmanship, all cable routing extremely tidy. The guys even stayed late on a Friday to complete the job after a bit of a weather delay in the morning.

The whole team were highly professional, very polite and they done a great job explaining the system to me.

I use Caleb to maintain my Cbus home automation system and called him recently to connect new driveway gate controls to the system. As is the case every time I use him, he was able to quickly and expertly make the modifications I required and cleaned up when he was finished. Overnight we noticed that the power on our cylinder had switched off, resulting in us having no hot water. We made the phone call around 7am to Tahi Electrical & they were here within the hour, first wow! Taylor showed up, immediately got to work and found the issue. He was very clear and spoke to us on a language we understood and not electrician lingo lol. He was able to educate us on why this had happened and he put in the work to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Very professional, efficient and a very friendly bloke. This is the second time I have used Tahi. The first was when I called on the 2nd January and Ryan came on the 4th. Who else would do that on the holidays. The second time was today, Saturday, no hot water.
