Takanini SsangYong & LDV

Appalling service, spent $60'000 on a new van, took them over a week to get plates for it. Money has been in their account for over 10 days now, van still not transported as promised. Will edit this review once van is received if they make it up to us somehow.

Treated like a King from the time the car got there until it left. No one can fault the service or customer service of this place. Very very happy with this service center.

Called to inform vehicle was playing up (almost broke down) and got told I have to book it in for repairs which take time when it should have been looked at straight away as its only 4 months old and has warranty. Managed to get it in same day and now it's almost 2 weeks and still not fixed. Service reception staff have no idea what's wrong and how long it will take. Overall pathetic service. Losing out money each day the vehicle is parked.

Ok the vehicle to is 6 years old. But when things start Going wrong at only 30.000kms and then told blankly WE WILL NOT HELP YOU. Not a good image for the company.

We intended to purchase a brand new vehicle. Quotes varied greatly between sales people. Accessories cost varied. Continued hounding. Ssang Yong seem to be gradually climbing the ladder of good quality auto building at a reasonable price. I have been very impressed with my Korando and in time will stay with the brand for replacement

Took the vehicle for warranty 15k service. The lady we dealt with explained the procedure and how long it would take, she was courteous and new what she was talking about. We waited in customer room had a coffee watched some tv and service was completed well within stated time. My husband says he will definitely return there next time it requires work

Took car in for 5k service, arrived early, vehicle was takin straight in for service, nice waiting area. Good service and no surprises in cost, this was given prior to servicing.

Always great service, prompt and professional. I've been going back every year since 2014 after purchasing my Ssangyong. I can't fault their service and value.
