Takapuna Panelbeaters 2003

My Toyota has been repaired by them as recommended by the insurance company.

The delivery was delayed - ok no problem.

During the pick up - I realised that the aerial antenna was missing, they could not find it and decided to buy a new one - ok no problem.

First time washing my car - I again realised there was a hole missing clips to give a better finish - ok no problem.

Today my wife that was working in a very tight schedule called me saying the car could not turn on. I was on my way to work got a return and come to swapping the car with her that had already called the insurance company.
As I got there and opened the bonnet guess what? They just have forgot to tight the cable clamp from the battery. So, had to call back the insurance company cancel the request, knock the doors to borrow a spanner from strangers and get late in my job.
So, only after all this shambles I decided to write this review. Very frustrated situation.

They repaired my car as part of my insurance claim. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and the service was very good. It was a 2 week wait to get the bumper repaired but they sorted me with a replacement car so it was sweet.
