Who knew vacuuming my highest gutters with a telescopic pole and camera would work so well? I was very impressed with the attention to detail and video reporting.

My son was looking for another small tank to replace an old concrete one, and the sales lady was most helpful.

They had the exact tank he needed in stock, and the colour was also what he required.

So all considered, it was a most worth while trip.

Duncan was amazing! You know that feeling when you discover you have no water, then figure out your water pump has died and you have a full-on work day ahead - well that was me. I called the Tank and Pump Shop at 9am and they were on-site a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem, called me to give me an update + options, and then arranged immediately for an electrician to arrive to deal with an electrical issue.

The next day they had secured the appropriate water pump for my needs, installed it (called me again to confirm) and by the time I got home, everything was back up and running again. I can't thank them enough.

Super awesome service and communication - thank you. As a small family owned business, they are local and understand life on Waiheke!
