Peter Koloamatangi went above and beyond helping us sort out a problem with our table. He understood our need for a speedy result as we were moving house and worked hard to sort everything out quickly. We really appreciate his prompt attention and cheerful, friendly attitude.

Overall great service. From buying to delivery. A couple pitfalls were initial delivery forgot to pick up the packages which we paid for as extra service and one of the bench is slightly faulty. But after I emailed Target about it, these issues were resolved very quickly. The bench replacement services was top notch, Peter communicated with us promptly, pre assembled it for us, and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall great experience.

Great deals on furniture and bedding. Grabbed a bargain on 2 couches and the staff are amazing!

Went in to look at the Jenn sofa and the Indian man tried to pawn me off on the female employee and she rolled her eyes. Neither of them took me seriously and the man told me to "just sit there and enjoy your coffee" and walked off which was very rude. I had to go find him to ask more questions. Completely disrespectful. Now that I'm ready to purchase, I will not be purchasing from Target.

Excellent customer service (Himal, from Dominion Road showroom, now at Wairau) and extremely durable products. Have never had any complaints on any of their products so far.

Our local branch didn't seem very interested in helping us place our order so we contacted the Wairau Branch. Couldn't be more impressed with service delivered by Alejandra and, subsequently, Peter who promptly replaced a damaged part for us. Very happy with Wairau Branch staff and our purchase.

I just want to thank Peter for his excellent service today in repairing my recliner. He calle dme before the Xmas break to let me know he had a spare part in the van and he would pop in to fix it when I was available, True to his word we arranged from him to arrive today and he had the seat fixed in no time. An excellent job done by a great guy, a credit to target.

We will definitely use target again when looking for furniture after the store and Peters service.

I’ve recently been dealing with Target furniture Wairau customer service team regarding my broken purchase. Peter from the team has been very helpful and patient. The issue was sorted very quickly. Really appreciated Peter.

Great customer service, for refund and returning staff. Peter even take swop staff to my workplace personally, nice and patient!

We bought a outdoor table and bar chairs last year and the chairs started rusting on few places.
I took few photos and emailed to customer service and next day got a call from Peter.
He discussed the issue with me and gave me few options and sorted the problem in few days, by replacing 4 brand new chairs.
Very friendly and quick customer service. Much appreciated and recommended Target Furniture.

After a slightly disappointing start with a wobbly bar table and faulty stool, the after service care was excellent.
Peter especially stood out as courteous and efficient, he arrived when he said he would and sorted all the problems for me. Things can happen, but the service afterwards decides whether you will buy there again or not, and I certainly will. Thank you

My dresser finally arrived today. Despite the frustration on my end of delays it arriving the lady on the phone on customer service has been amazing! The two nice guys today helped me unpack it and take my flatmates one to the garage. They went out of their way despite how more deliveries they have to get done. So thank you so much to the target team the truck drivers I had today too absolutely wonderful team

Prompt delivery and great customer service! Peter is the warmest staff I have even seen, friendly, efficient and professional, we really satisfied with the quality of the service.

The table that I purchased had faulty legs, but the matter was quickly and efficiently resolved by Peter who was very polite and helpful. The table now has new legs and is all good.
