So sad to hear that the store is moving. I will the close proximity. I bought beds and mattresses a while back and I was impressed with the quality of service of the staff. Bhavna was super helpful and informative about the furniture items and it made it so easy to make my choices. She is indeed a valuable asset to the store.

Good range of furniture styles and very good prices. Helped my parents to get a new couch and some outdoor chairs. Pick up took a while at the distribution center but they took the cardboard box which was very helpful. Would shop here again.

Peter had an awesome attitude and was very helpful. He fixed minor issues on the lift up bed base very quickly.

My five stars is specifically for Peter (in the warehouse), who went above and beyond to organise the return of my ottoman that went in for repair in August. His problem solving skills and communication was excellent, he even delivered my ottoman to me himself in time for Christmas! After feeling disappointed with Target during this process I’ve left feeling well looked after, thank you Peter

Great customer service! We has an issue with our dining table and Peter the customer service technician contacted me within 24 hours and solved the issue within a couple of days! He was friendly, easy to communicate with and was very efficient. Thank you once again Peter!

I am very happy withTarget Botany store with their sales & after sales service. Sales Rep Deepika & after sales Rep Peter were to it.
- I had an issue with dinning table where i found broken while unboxing it. I had seamless experience to get it resolved. Infact Peter went out of his way to replace & got it delivered to my door step within 48hrs.

We purchased a coffee table from Target Furniture Botany store, which got delivered promptly however had a small dent on one of the corners. We contacted Target Furniture and they replaced the table immediately. Special thanks to Peter for his great customer service and follow up phone call as well.

Great customer service. Shop staff were friendly and helpful. Once we got the product home we identified a factory fault but got it quickly sorted thanks to Peter. He was great to deal with, really helpful and made sure the process ran smoothly for us.

I recently purchased a hanging egg chair from Target Botany. The salesperson, Vikas, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, polite and professional. Unfortunately when unpacking the chair we discovered that the coating was chipped off and there was also rust. Vikas was incredibly efficient in immediately emailing the CS Team. Even though it was a weekend, Peter made contact within hours to arrange a replacement chair. Unfortunately the replacement chair showed signs of rust and the cushion was dirty, but once again, Peter stepped in. His customer service and efforts in sorting out collection of the chair and a refund went over and above. While my experience with the quality of product supplied was poor, I can not fault the staff. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to the Target family.

Had furniture delivered to us with missing parts but Peter was extremely helpful. Not only he came to deliver the parts within the next day, but he made sure that we were satisfied with furniture before he left and assembled the parts himself. He was very friendly too

Really happy with after sales process

The box containing my outdoor couch had been tampered with and mismatched cushions inserted! Thankfully Peter sorted the problem and had a matching set delivered. Why does he have to sort out so many problems?

We are really happy with the customer service provided by Peter. We had some manufacturing issue with some furniture and he went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. The process was just flawless. The way Peter following up with us was just outstanding.

The customer service was excellent, great communication fast and efficient.my product had a fault and within a couple day they had Rectified the issue.

Target Furniture team represented the highest level of customer service I have experienced.
There was a manufacturing defect on a lamp side table that I purchased in September. I contacted the company and the after-sale service lady, Destiny responded to my concern most efficiently, lodged and issued the after-sale service ticket for the next step.
Customer service technician Peter K contacted me the very next day. He genuinely understood what I was concerned about and found the solution promptly with rich customer service knowledge. He aimed to see customer satisfaction as the foremost in a service. I truly appreciate that Peter went above and beyond to help me out.
Also, I thank Johnny and Paulie, who delivered the replacement product to my house. They are very polite and friendly.

I had a drilling issue with the bed wood frame. Peter K came over to solve it and in addition gave me good advise on drilling. Friendly, professional and definitely helpful!
