Quite underwhelmed. Foods were ok, but nothing we can't make at home - would be a lot cheaper and fresher. Not sure how much Spanish cuisine uses tumeric, but most of the dishes were full of it. I am quite surprised with all the five star reviews. Sorry for the negativity, just a bit disappointed.

The food is so delicious and the servings are well presented and generous. Really like this place and will go back. Service is meh, luckily the atmosphere easily makes up for it.

Came for a late lunch. The service was quick and friendly and while the flavours were nice, the portion size (on the lunch plate especially) left a bit to be desired when considering the price.

Great food, but wish was option to add like more of tapas without buying two plates I.e party of 4 and there's only 3 peices etc.

The first time I dined here was great. I loved the paella mixta. Today I opted for a takeaway and asked my husband to pick it up. We lived in Botany and he just travelled to Newmarket to grab the paella. And my what a letdown! The paella was such a disappointment. It tastes like nothing I tasted before. The rice is like ordinary rice with yellow coloring and seafood. I was very frustrated that he has to travel so far and for $37 it was not worth it. I guess they did not put much effort and thought on the food if it's only for takeaway and not for dine in. Not coming back here. Should have ordered somewhere else!

Tried the Paella which was delicious and generous in portion. It does take some time to prepare (takes 20min) but it’s worth it. A good mix of seafood and meat. Service was good also. Would recommend.

Absolutely on point. The food was amazing, and the staff, so friendly and helpful. As someone with access needs, and someone who has friends with access needs, this was an amazing restaurant. Keep it up, God bless.

Lovely out of the way spot. Great vibe, good food and coffee. I enjoy finding places like this. Friendly staff and well paced service. We need to look after and use these places so they don’t get lost. Thank you for a very nice experience.

Friendly staff. Quesadilla is normal, but paella and pizza are tasty. It would be good to have a mix paella for lunch.

Awesome food and lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and there was a nice selection of cocktails. If you park at Westfield Newmarket it’s an easy walk

Used to be a favorite place, but standards of food and service have really gone down in the last few years. The chicken was dry and there was no parsley in the tomato and 'parsley' salad. Another time there were these weird little bones in the 'lamb shoulder' which makes you wonder if it really was lamb shoulder. A real shame,

Hello little Barcelona.
We had flown into Auckland from Hawkes Bay and were looking for a coffee fix in Newmarket.
My 90 year old Mother spotted the red and white umbrellas on the street. Then said maybe we can get coffee there.
Hey Presto! We had entered little Spain.
We ordered baklava and an Americano and a Cappuchino.
As we savoured our eats and drinks our eyes took in the warm environment and decor.
We were very impressed.
Nice staff and service.
We have shared our experience with acquaintances/friends/family and hopefully they visit and have the same very positive experience as us.

Highly recommend! We went here for dinner last night. The ambience was relaxing, the food was some of the best in Auckland, and the service was excellent. We will back 10/10 from us.

3 excellent all day breakfasts. Moorish eggs in spicy tomatoes with tender meatballs, Spanish eggs with home made Turkish bread, Turkish scrambled eggs. All amazing. Coffee was perfect, an excellent dry cappuccino, latte and flat white. Price? Approx 25 pp inc coffees. Good value and top food!
