15Tepaa is very helpful organisation for community. First time my family got the help Covid19 time, since, (Auguest) until Christmas they are helping to my family. Always they are asking family members health conditions any help. My family is thankful for Joice, because she is the one always caring our family. ️️️
First and foremost I'd like to thank Joyce who has been amazing since the first point of contact, since I tested positive for covid, she is just an amazing person who has been keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process as well as checking in to see that I'm okay even if I am isolating in the family home away from my family.
There is no judgment passed and Te Pā i'm so glad I came across your services.
Thank you so much for everything you have done for my family and I, this is what community support is all about.
I highly recommend Te Pā and their services and once again thanks to Joyce for her inspiration, hopefully one day I will be able to pay it forward through Te Pā by working with them in future.

When our family was in a difficult time due to COVID-19, Joice personally braved the heavy rain to bring us food and daily necessities, and helped our family pay the water bill. I am really moved, thank you Joice, we love NZ.
Amazing organization to help people for a better life! Joice showed all her love and patience while we were isolating. She even came to help out of working hours, really appreciate!
I got referred by a friend and was promptly put into contact with Joice. She provided my household and I with enough food and health products needed to get us through covid. She was so helpful and efficient and just amazing to deal with. Thank you so much girl!

Very friendly and supportive staff. When my residence came down with Covid, we received many rounds of assistance including mental health support and weekly check-ins. Nikita was very gracious with her time and have gone above and beyond to make sure we were okay. We're very grateful for the support!

As one of the greatest organisations, they provides excellent service and assistance to people. During our isolation period, we are fully supported with food and groceries. I really appreciated that Nikita spent her time, patience, love and support to those who under difficulties.
