Teed Street Larder reviews
62I have got egg Benedicts with hot smoked salmon and cappuccino, both excellent (even if I prefer egg Benedict with cold smoked salmon). Lot of room, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely super place for breakfast
I’ve loved everything I’ve tried here. Is there a lot on the menu I would pick? No… but that’s because I’m incredibly fussy flavours are always bursting and every time I’ve ordered fish and chips the salad has been super fresh. Coffee is strong but leaves you with a nice warmth inside.
Popped in for a drink, nice matcha latte. Great to have a stronger green tea presence and less sweet than other cafes.
Food was outstanding.extra touch on everything from the coffees to the meals.whole family enjoyed it.gourmet hot chocolates worth the trip on their own
This place was shocking, terrible service and ended up with food poisoning from the uncooked chicken.
Disappointing food quality and not what it was on previous visits.
Waygu savoury mince was dry, rubbery and bitter.
BEST COFFEE IN NEWMARKET! Coffee is very smooth, and all alternative milk options are delicious. Great food, great atmosphere and great customer service. Food is good value for money, the veggie bene is too die for!
Very disappointing. Seafood chowder and fish and chips both very average. Service not flash either.
We had a group lunch with some overseas guests. The services and the food were both very satisfying. I got couple of sides with kumera chips and they were so generous in portion and fresh.
Went to Teed Street Larder for a quick lunch. The staff were welcoming and my cous cous salad was flavourful.
Just popped in for a takeaway coffee on Boxing Day. Coconut flat white was great, quick service
Lovely place for coffee breakfast. Friendly staff makes for a pleasant experience. Prices are reasonable and they are one of the few open early in the morning.
Food and atmosphere was nice and staff were friendly. However, our 2 iced lattes were very different in colour, one was very light and the other very dark. Also, I saw one of the female staff members preparing juice behind the counter, she dropped a straw on the floor then picked it up and put it into the glass again, then took it to serve to a customer. Definitely enough to question the hygiene of the cafe.
Best coffee in Auckland.super great hospitality, Really nice Brunch and huge portion.definitely go there again. Both Indoor and outdoor seaters.compare to the other cafes in Newmarket, it is a big size. Also lots of cabinet choice. Want to try all.
Fabulous food! Best bacon & sausages my partner has had, and they even did granola for me though it wasn't on the menu
Awesome smoothies and the grill big breakfast was very filling, and a added bonus, had black pudding which was crisp outside and soft on the inside. Very beautiful Cafe for breakfast and will recommend to others.
What a great service, staff are friendly, caring and so welcoming. Just before I came to this cafe I went to “the candy shop” cafe and staff were absolutely rude. Can’t compare the customer service at larder to the other one, thank you for taking very good care of us especially my child. Will certainly come back. Thank you again.
Really nice customer service, super friendly and helpful. The food is really good, the sandwiches are the perfect lunch size for work days! Highly recommended!
Best coffee in Newmarket! Staff are always friendly and polite. Great seating area’s that are situated perfectly in the middle of Newmarket streets.
Had a coffee and a meal Wednesday late morning.what can I say? Pushy service, good coffee but overpriced food that wasn't much better than a roadside dinner and took too long to arrive. The girl who appeared to be the head waitress was particularly cold and impersonal, no one was friendly or smiling. May possibly give them another shot sometime later to see if it was a one-off but then again maybe not.once bitten. Plenty of other good coffee spots with smiles in Newmarket
