I engaged Terra Consultants to sort out an issue with Council. Unfortunately they failed to refer to the relevant Building Act, charged a huge bill and gave incorrect advice. A quick phone call to Ministry Business, Innovation and Employment gave the correct advice, stopped the Council in their tracks and didn't cost anything.

Professional and thorough. If only all consultants in construction were like this to deal with! Used them for survey, topographical and structural.
