That's Amore

The pizza was excellent and very authentic, although it has been 10 years since we lived in Sicily. I, highly, recommend the Morretti La Rossa which was my favorites and rounded out the experience. It is a very small place and a bit hard to find as noted in a few comments but certainly not a big deal. In my opinion, one large pizza is not enough for two people I would recommend getting one large and one small.

This is my favorite pizza shop in Auckland last time I was here was 2017. All good ！The owner Claudio is handsome and hospitable! Good service by lian, yummy handmade sauce with pizza! Love it

Traditional Italian pizza, it reminded me of Napoli, and the tiramisu was amazing. Cafe with grappa a must to finish a great meal

Very small place with limited seating, but so worth it. Some of the best pizza we've ever had. There were 6 of us visiting from the U. S. The young man who served us was very helpful and accommodating. The number of choices for ingredients was practically limitless. Would highly recommend this place for wonderful, thin crust, melt-in-your-mouth pizza.

Delicious food at fair prices and warm friendly service. Lots of za to choose from, you can’t go wrong. The owner is straight from Italy, will talk your ear off but loved every minute of it. Can’t remember his name, but tell him I say hi - he’s always there.
Pro tip - get the Tiramisu if you can before it sells out - thank me later.
Addendum - this was the only restaurant that was open during Cyclone Gabrielle, but it turned out to be the best dining experience of a whole month in NZ…That’s Amore

Visited tonight. Busy but they found a table for us. Pizzas were tasty, crust was perfect. Got the four seasons and a chicken, mushroom and olive pizzas. Service was friendly and attentive.

They very nicely catered to my weird tastes even though it must have been painful as Italians: I don't eat cheese.

I don't often leave reviews for NZ businesses but this place was the best food I've ever had in this country. Claudio is such a legend, if you are in Auckland and don't dine here you're missing out big time

Amazing food! Super friendly staff. We didn’t have a booking but they moved some furniture around to squeeze us in. Did I say the food was delicious!

I absolutely love this place, one of my fave spots for a dinner. Pizza is perfect, pasta is tasty and one of the best tiramisu's i've had in Auckland.

BEST TRADITIONAL ITALIAN PIZZA IN AUCKLAND! We have been searching for some time and finally stumbled across That's Amore a couple of months ago, we have been several times since. If you are searching for traditional Italian style pizza, with a thin slightly chewy crust - this is your place. However please keep this a secret - otherwise we won't get a seat next time.

Finally, do not skip the dolce - seriously the Tiramisu is worth leaving some space for! Definitely recommend.

If you want authentic italian pizza come here. It takes me back to the beautiful margarita pizzas I had in Naples. Amazing customer service as well, wish they had a restaurant in wellington.

Very friendly staff, and very tasty food. We got pizza, which had a lovely thin base with great flavour, and quality toppings (not too much, just the right amount). Homely atmosphere.
