Went here tonight with my partner as a little date kids free. Was a really nice atmosphere relaxing and great music.food was great drinks were awesome. Staff were awesome. Was small but really cosy and a nice place to come we live locally and within walking distance to home. We will definitely be back since we're local thank you for accommodating us tonight.

Lovely, small bar. Has only a few, albeit, delicious beers on tap. Great food and even better service.

It's small, its cosy. The food is simple but super tasty. And the staff are the hardest workers I have seen. If you want to watch sport with snacks and drinks head here.

Little local gem. Friendly staff and locals who are always open for conversation. Reasonably priced food and drink.

Love it here. I am a regular and the staff are great all equally, Warm, Welcoming, and Friendly. The food is nice, the Gaming Lounge is great. Everything always runs smoothly here and the staff deserve a five star rating for all their awesome work. Absolutely love it!

My New Local, First time last week the Bar staff and owners are really Nice. High in spirit. The food is just as Good. I highly recommend to any one who is looking for a place to chill, or bring your family out for a Kai, no other place like The Brass Boxing Bar. Thank you.

Had my sister's 50th birthday @The Brass Boxer Bar and we all had a good ol'time. The staff were amazing, very accommodating. My family enjoyed the scrumptious food selection, which was quite a variety! Amazing people & great food. Thank you, will definitely be hosting another function at this venue in future?

Excellent service with understanding staff. The garlic bread was a little hard but overall food is well seasoned.

Wedges were a bit average but when aernt they.clean tidy and good service.tomato sauce bottles would be good though

AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD! The staff were sooo lovely and really patient with every request we had.booked out the bar for my auntys 50th birthday and definitely would recommend it to people 21+ to celebrate here also esp if you want an intimate location with just your loved ones and friends. If I come back to Napier again, I’ll definitely come back to Thirsty Whale for dinner! Great atmosphere, excellent service with fantastic staff! We have a big group, the manager (I guess) proactively suggest what’s the best and most suitable for us. Love their exceptional service! The food were amazing with very reasonable price! I can’t find anything to challenge this restaurant, it becomes the top in my favorite restaurant now!

The staff at the Brass Boxer are excellent- had a few beers today with a mate and am seriously impressed. Great service, tab on the till so no payment pressure! Prices are damned good - all in all a nice, relaxed place for a beer, feed or gamble. Well done team. Cheers Graham

It's such a neat little pub. Service was amazing. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and a great vibe. Kids enjoyed their meals (we had dumpling, chicken nibbles and pizza) and the pricing was affordable. Chuck in a cheeky $8 cocktail and you're good to go.

Visited the newly renovated place today and it looks amazing! Cosy and modern vibes. Had the street fighter chicken burger combo and it was delicious. Highly recommend

Best place to hang at if you want a real chill vibed experience. Tap beer is delicious and cheap, staff is 100%, the design is perfection for your stay with your mates to a great drinkup.
