The Bunk House

Our son (5) loves his Bunk House bunk! He has the Talia model with pocket spring mattress. A super solid and good looking product. The owner, Kim, is a pleasure to deal with and makes the decision making process a breeze. We're now looking to buy another bunk for our daughter. We highly recommended the Bunk House.

Kim was awesome to deal with when we went in store. The bunk was available and we collected quickly with no issues. The instructions did say allow 60mins but I would definitely allow longer than that. It is very sturdy and well made, we are very happy.

Kim is amazing! I drove quite a way to see the bunks in person because I was unsure which ones I wanted to purchase & bunks make me a little nervous so I wanted to make sure I was getting something durable and safe because my son really wants a bunk bed. Kim was so incredibly helpful, answered my questions, gave me advice, there was no pressure at all, even helped me pick the right mattress. I had trouble with setting up payment and he was super helpful with that also. He also organised delivery for the following day & was quick with responses. The best customer service I have honestly ever recieved from someone, I was even raving about it when I got home, not a lot of genuine people around like that anymore, was a good experience and I left feeling super happy and comfortable with my choice. My son is very excited for his bunks to arrive today. Thank you again!

Kim was fantastic to deal with. Efficient and helpful, he made the entire transaction quick and easy. Kim also arranged for the bunks to be transported to Queenstown and they arrived on schedule despite the dodgy weather. The bunks themselves are fantastic. They are very solid and look great. We brought the Metro Bunk for our girls with 2 pocket spring mattresses. Very good quality.they were so happy) Paid and was delivered by evening the same day. Very happy with the product and services. Highly recommended. Unlike some other branded shops we went to, where the waiting time was 12-14 weeks. We are so impressed with the Talia Bunks and 2 x Sleepmax pocket spring mattresses… they have exceeded all our expectations…. Ordered and paid for them on the Saturday and were delivered on the following Wednesday. (being mindful The Bunk House is closed on Sunday and Monday).

Purchased from The Bunk House after having purchased bunks and mattresses from Harvey Norman Furnishing and waited 9 weeks for them to be delivered. I cancelled my order with Harvey Norman Furnishings and purchased from The Bunk House.

Just want to say thank you to Kim and The Bunk House for the smooth process purchasing a bunk bed for our kids. Kim gave good advice, was friendly and helpful in any way possible. He answered all our questions, showed us a few options suiting our criteria and even gave me a hand putting everything in my car. Ended up buying a bed with two new mattresses. Every part of the experience of buying bunk beds from The Bunk House has been fantastic! From turning up at the show room on a rainy day in the school holidays, Kim was very tolerant of the children and able to explain the pluses and minuses of all the different beds.

The bed we chose is very high quality and can separate into two separate beds (King Single and Queen) when the kids are done with sharing.

The purchase process online was easy, as was delivery. Kim was flexible to fit in with our busy family schedule, and the beds were delivered on time and even put together for us! I couldn't have been happier.

Only trouble now is all the neighbourhood kids come to play on them!

A great place to get a sturdy kids bed at a moderate price. I wanted something very specific for my daughter and was willing to wait for it to come in, after a delay, it still wasn't in. I was then offered a similar (but better, I think) bed to have delivered at no extra cost. Bed was pretty easy to put together. Trundle was a little more difficult. Nice sturdy bed that will last. Highly recommend.
