I have had 4 laser treatments now, and I highly recommend Grace. She's very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in her. Grace is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable.

Annie is the sweetest and kindest laser tech that I have had. She really takes the time to listen and understand your skin - she makes sure that you feel as comfortable as possible during the laser sessions.

I highly recommend Gracie. My husband and I been seeing Gracie now for nearly a year and I can honestly say, She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything in detail. I always look forward to my appointments with Gracie. Thank you so much for taking care of us. You are a star.

I’ve been going to cosmetic clinic glenfield for awhile now and i’ve always booked w/ Grace! She’s always professional and tries her best to accommodate me and get me booked as soon as possible. My appointments with Grace are always quick, easy and painless. If you ever need a go to specialist - definitely recommend Grace!

I have been seeing Annie for laser hair removal and she is amazing! Annie takes the time to listen to how you feel the treatment is going and she thinks about how to get the best outcome for you as the client. She is always in a good mood and it's a pleasure to see her each time.

I had a terrible experience to this clinic. All they do is take all the deposit they can and had forgotten to call me after lockdown for my treatment. I had almost $1000.00 with them and when I asked them to refund my money, they started giving alibi's and that they are unable to do a refund because of their policy. They ended up giving me products I don't need in exchange of the money I have with them. So I don't recommend this store as they are a rip off!

I have been going to The Cosmetic Clinic in Glenfield for a while now, having multiple treatments. Grace is a knowledgeable clinician, with immense experience. She takes her time to get to know my requirements, and ensures the settings of the machinery are changed as my body gets used to the treatments. Highly recommend this clinic.

My original review was a 1 star because I had been ignored after several attempts to contact and try and sort out a problem. After my 1 star review and within a matter of hours the manager called me and offered a full refund. The magic of a public negative review.
Details are; I was told I had to by an expensive ‘non negotiable’ product in order to secure treatment, I only knew about this requirement when I tried to book. I followed instruction but was refused treatment 2 weeks later because of a medical condition which I would have disclosed if I knew i had to. A refund for treatment was offered but not for the product I ‘must buy’.
Gladly the owner of the business has got involved and I have now received a full refund.
My disappointment is not with the clinic itself or treatments offered, it is instead with the lack of questions asked, insistence that I needed to buy and use a product I didn’t need and then refusal to offer a refund for a product I was told I must have but did not require.
Kobe, the owner, was helpful and promised to take on my feedback.

Ive tried laser with a few other companies and was a bit sceptical using TCC as I’ve never felt comfortable doing laser or liked the laser therapists. This year I’ve had laser treatments every month and was lucky enough to have had it with Grace and oh my gosh she is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend her over and I’ve again!

I have received an outstanding service from Grace at the Glenfield mall branch, from the consultation process to the actual treatment. She is very pleasant and always satisfies my ad-hoc demands. I would highly recommend her.
