I had paid for a 10 session package. But due to unforeseen circumstances I had to relocate to Australia. TCC due to a policy did not refund me the package earlier but after revisiting the situation a couple months later, I got a refund to continue my treatments in Australia. I had to pause my treatments because of the move and financial issues, which resulted in my hair growth getting back to normal. So my two cents is that its important to continue the necessary amount of treatments to maintain the hair growth reduction.

Nikki does my treatments and I highly recommend. She’s friendly, experienced and works to highlight my features.

I got Botox done with Nikki and she was absolutely amazing and professional, would highly recommend! She knows her stuff and will not overdo it, she listens and will point you in the right direction if you are ever unsure!

I usually go to the one in Sylvia but thought I’d try the new market branch. Lovely Oliva helped me out she was amazing I am definitely coming back.

Would definitely go there again I felt safe in their hands and the information was forthcoming about the treatment and the results are excellent. Reception staff were lovely too.

I use to go to the Sylvia CC, but one day as a spur of moment booked a walk in injectable appointment here and got assigned to Lee as my injector. This was a year ago and I have never looked back since then. Literally, hands down the BEST injector I’ve been to by far. Willing to always travel into Newmarket to see her no matter what. She always knows EXACTLY what to do, very informative and very, very sweet. Easy to talk to as well so I’ve always felt comfortable expressing my concerns and what I am after and what I may want to do differently for any future appointments. That aside, she’s also prompt with replying with any questions I may have after the appointment when I reach out to her. All in all an absolute 10/10, could not recommend her anymore! The best in the game and for good reason. I am always left satisfied and happy and even that is an understatement!

Stella takes a good care of my skin and I’m so glad I went here for my skin treatment. Highly recommended.

I had the 10 Step Microdermabrasion treatment today with Holly and my face feels amazing. I haven't had this treatment before so I wasn't too sure what to expect but Holly explained each step and I can see and feel the benefits already. Thank you Holly, I'll definitely be back!

I have been going to katie for my laser hair removal ever since I transferred to the new market branch. She is very thoughtful and very kind. I think she is one of the best. I will continue with my sessions with her. Keep up the great work

I love it here. Nelly is my go too. I’ve been through a few ladies here all lovely, however I lovvveeee Nelly. I can tell she really takes her time and does things properly. I have to say for one of my microdermabrasion sessions the lady forgot to steam and just felt really rushed. Nelly takes her time and I can tell makes sure that I get the full experience. I appreciate it and it makes me want to go in more.

I had a 10 Step Microdermabrasion facial and LED light therapy with Crystal today and I really enjoyed my experience! I highly recommend Crystal and would love to see her again. My skin felt so smooth and well hydrated after the treatment. Thanks Crystal!

Purchased a whole new skincare routine after being strongly recommended it to find I hate all the products. I’m down almost $500 just for 4 products that are completely unenjoyable to use, make my skin overly sensitive and super dry! Wasn’t told there was no returns. Has left a sour taste in my mouth and I feel pretty taken advantage of tbh

I had Nelly for my treatment and she was amazing! I was nervous going in but she made the whole experience very relaxing/comfortable and I’ll definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in what they’re offering!

I’ve been doing laser hair removal treatments for years now and it’s been a great experience with the lovely workers. My hair is much thinner now and I’m satisfied with the results. I’m planning to try their acne products and facials.

I was served by Kristy for microdermabrasion, she was very informative and patient with me guiding me every step of the way. The care i received means I will return again and for other services that they offer too!

Very appalling service
I ran 10mins late due to the massive queues and parking lots being closed off at Newmarket mall. I get to the clinic and they cancel my appointment I’ve waited months for and especially drove down from Hamilton for which is where I live. They did not bother to call me to tell me this when I told them I was running late but nearby. Despite there being 30mins left of my session, and usually my appointments only taking 20mins, the rude staff was not able to cope with this as their “only trained person didn’t feel capable/safe” of completing the session in 30mins. I guess they preferred a break over providing the service they are meant to. Disgusted and disappointed.
Definitely do not recommend

Had my lasers done here before, service was so far so good. However I went in for a skin consultation today, lady who served me said she was unqualified for providing any specific peel treatment info and wanted to book me with another technician.
Not sure why she suddenly shows a very impatient/annoyed attitude answering questions and started shaking both her legs vigorously on the stool throughout the entire rebooking process. Felt quite unprofessional and disrespected, will consider switching my clinic in the future so I don't have to see her again.

Appreciated the owner phoned in the next day for follow up and rearrange my next appointment with a senior technician.

Nelly was so helpful, friendly and professional. Made sure everything was explained well and nothing hurt. Highly recommended!
