TCC Sylvia park have really helpful, friendly receptionist and the nurse I meet with is very skilled and great at making me feel comfortable.

Hey, Very thankful to MAYURI! REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR WORK. Mayuri did an amazing job with my LHR on face and undearms. She was super thorough and she didn't miss even one bit of my face! She zapped every spot, so thorough and knowledgable! I've had 5 LHR before and Mayuri is the first who i felt didn't rush the procedure and her attention to detail, excellent. Thank you so much.

I had my last section of laser hair removal with Mayuri today. Girls know when we on the that chair we can be vulnerable. We are expecting more care and do not want to feel like been brushed off. Mayuri is so thoughtful and taking care me on details. I can tell her professionalism and true kindness, which give me confidence to renew my sections.

I have had multiple times of laser hair removal at other branch but Sylvia Park one is by far the best. Staffs here are all friendly, always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I came here for laser hair removal but they also recommended I also get treatments for my hyperpigmentation. On my last appointment the technician gave me bad chemical burns on my face. They did not refund me! Only gave me a free session of LED light therapy to heal my skin. Im way worse off than it was before its awful. Almost a year later and my skin is so damaged. I never had acne growing up but ever since the Cosmetic Clinic touched my face skin hasn’t been clear since. I spent over $900 here, had countless appointments and honestly I have only met 2 technicians who have good training and care enough to do their job well.

I’ve been dealing with Karma at this clinic, and she is an amazing skin therapist. She is lovely and always wants what’s best for her clients. Would highly recommend seeing karma if you are thinking of going to this clinic.

Not as good as it used to be. Now it is no different to laser clinics. Very average experience and not great experience with upper lip laser. They used to get you to move your tongue so the skin stretches, making upper lip less painful. Then they used to always provide ice after which was a really nice touch. That is why I chose Cosmetic Clinic over Laser Clinics but now it doesn't really matter where I go.

The stuff was amazing! They really take care of myself and they are super friendly. I highly recommend it

Before I go into my experience at TCC - Sylvia Park, I would like to say that my LHR has been a success. I was surprised at how fast the results were after my first session. I’m a bit bummed I didn’t start years sooner
All those years of stress from shaving, waxing and all the headaches that come with it Anyway! We’re here now so yay.

My experience with Candace has been nothing short of professional and thorough! It’s the kind of care you want from a Technician. Her work is focused, attentive, caring and she makes sure the experience is tailored to your needs.
If you’re new to this and are sitting on the fence about it. I say just go for it. Book in a consultation, have your questions ready and see how you go. I have zero regrets. If my experience with Candace is a reflection of the TCC team then you have nothing to worry about! All the best!

I got a treatment done by Caroline. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. This was my first experience with laser hair removal and Caroline was very professional and ensured I had all the info I needed before and after treatment. She took her time to make sure she was thorough with the areas she was treating.
