Had my treatment done by the amazing Darryl. Smiles when I walked in, very through with what treatment I was needing and what I have done in the past, genuinely enjoys the job and passionate about the treatments and clientele.

Such a lovely time i had with brandy and her lovely assistance.in all honesty i would highly recommend going as they are such a vibe, they make you feel comfortable and laugh alot.i had a very awesome experience would love to come back

I was blown away with the friendliness and welcoming I received from the moment I walked in. The staff were amazing, and so professional. Made you feel so comfortable. I had my treatment with Brandy and would happily go back to her. She took her time to explain everything and also supported me with advice afterwards. I received a follow up call the next day, which I thought was so great, you can tell they actually care about their clients. Definitely reccomend.

West city cosmetic clinic is highly recommend. They have very welcoming and skilled staff. Brooke ️ is amazing, she is kind and very helpful. Before starting my treatment I was little hesitant but she made me so comfortable. Everytime I go there brooke does my treatment and she always do the test first and asks me if the heat is okay + she is lovely to talk to.

The Cosmetic Clinic Westcity came recommended to me from a friend who moved to this clinic after a previous bad experience from another company. I have only ever had good things to say about this clinic! I'm a self conscious person but I have never felt awkward or embarrassed in any of my appointments! I see (and request!) to have Sarah for my bookings, she is so lovely and calm, and checks in with any concerns or changes in my skin! Love coming here, have bought my third set of treatments so that should speak for itself:)
