The Crate - Flexible Office Space

I was fortunate enough to be in a workshop run at The Crate today. I cannot speak highly enough about this place! It has amazing facilities and is in a very handy location with good parking, but most standout was the amazing Amy who is the most customer service oriented person you will ever meet! As soon as I walked in the door this morning to a massive welcoming smile and greeting, she was always there just at the right time providing just the right service to make our day run smoothly.

Andy and the Team at The Crate provided outstanding service to our group today! With coffees on arrival, friendly & genuine greetings and welcoming smiles, we felt instantly valued. Supported by Emma, the IT connections were up and running instantly and we were all set. The facilities are modern, clean and beautifully presented. We highly recommend The Crate for your next meeting or business event.

I just had the best experience with The Crate. Booking was a breeze, checking in even easier. The premises is 5 star! The staff on site are amazing. Great service and personalities, they were fun! Plus expert Baristas! Coffee was amazing.

I have found The Crate to be more than I expected, not just a rented desk/office space and lock up offices, everyone is welcomed by name as we enter through the self-opening doors each morning, the team are genuinely interested in how we are doing, nothing is too much trouble.
There is plenty of parking available, the facility is light and spacious with every office option catered for from board and meeting rooms fully fitted with the required electronics (screens, sound etc), soundproof pods, private breakout areas and a spacious business lounge, the barista coffee is the best in Auckland.
The members kitchen area is well proportioned and modern, the bathrooms (with shower facility) have the added bonus of individual towelling hand towels.
The Crate is not just a workspace. I have made lasting friends and valuable business connections. I strongly recommend you check it out when considering a workspace whether you are a solopreneur or a team.

I’ve just joined the Crate family and it’s a breath of fresh air (and coffee!) I have a pretty good work space at home but been able to come in for a change of environment and vibe has been fantastic. I can also catch up easily now with my colleague which is ideal for our workflow. The other great thing about the Crate is having a commercial address for couriers to deliver to, instead of a home address – parcels are received and stored for you, and you get a notification straight away! – no more of the dreaded courier cards left in your letter box! – or worse still dumped at your front door.

The facilities are top notch with lots of various workspaces to break up the day and an easy to use web and app platform to book meeting rooms and guests in. A fully functioning kitchen is well set up for you to make a lunch in – or easy to wander across the road to various lunch places as well.

I had an unannounced client arrive the other day and it was no hassle for Amy and the team to accommodate him in a professional manner.

I would highly recommend the Crate for your business space – from a day or two a week to full time…. Your choice.

The Crate has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a working space that provided more than just a desk to work at. It has a great community, and the team are great to work with. They always offer a warm welcome and go above and beyond to look after everyone in the working space. Don’t usually drink coffee, but they make a good coffee. Definitely coming back for more smiles and coffee!

Great place to work from.
I'm working remotely, so having my own space has been so important, my work-life balanced has improved. A great bunch of people, happy to share my working days with everyone here. Grab a desk if you can.

We just had a delegation where we needed a meeting venue and the crate hosted us, Andy and Tiffany were amazing, they organised lunch at the last minute for us and just made us feel so welcome.

Great working space and friendly people, office work is not something I enjoy but at the crate I do as everyone is happy with a great atmosphere, 100% recommend.

Such a lively, modern, and fun work environment! Always greeted in the mornings, in-house coffee, a fridge upstairs with a wide assortment of drinks, and massage chairs. Highly recommend

The boardrooms are fantastic for large groups and the flexible desks are perfectly spaced to get into the zone.
