TDC were engaged as the Design Team for my 14 unit development in Takanini. They understood my vision and gave it form. We are now well into its construction (construction completion Dec 2021) ; not only will it meet my vision but many of the contractors are commenting on features that make it highly 'buildable'. Bayard, Ju An and the team at TDC were fantastic to work with on our Bach design.
