70The nurse, a Chinese female nurse named Suki, has a very bad attitude. She is domineering, arrogant and rude. I don’t know where the sense of superiority comes from. She has absolutely no attitude at all for a person engaged in the service industry. She has no professional qualities and is very unpleasant. Consultation experience! Jianyi Clinic strengthens supervision and training!
Always crowded and long waiting times
Most of the times turned away.
Not recommended
Especially if you got kids.
Reception is worst
I don’t even want to give one star. This is the second time I’ve written a bad review for them. Every time I make an appointment online, I still have to wait less than an hour to come here. So what’s the point of making an appointment every time I come here with my mother? Almost all appointments here are made in advance. Every time I come, I have to wait for a long time. I don’t understand the meaning of making an appointment in this hospital
To much waiting cue to see a walk-in doctor or GP. Charges in after hour or weekends are irrational and illogical.
Worst staff ever.every week doctors are changed because they quit.regret choosing it for my GP.changed it after a couple month.
Just be careful when you buy cough syrup from this pharmacy. All labeled as $22.99 but they charged me $26.99. When asked, the lady informed me that all $22.99 have been sold out and no new pricing has been done for new bottles. The most concerning part is she kept $22.99 label as it is instead of removing. And, instead of apologizing for misleading price, asking me whether I wanna buy it or not. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR.
I have visited the doctors New Lynn quite a few times because its close to me and every time the staff their including Dr Sana Salman, Chitamby, more recently Dr Jim they have all been rude unprofessional, incompetent and argumentative. Dr Jim was mean and would not give me a proper diagnosis for my dry ears throat and eczema and told me there was no cause and there is no cure in a rude tone. I wouldn't recommend the doctors new lynn to anyone. They are simply pathetic and are just after your money!
Just want to share my experience with the doctor newlynn. It happened twice with me. I had to wait long for my turn when I asked why people going ahead then me, even after coming late? I got reply from reception they are emergency case. But this not true emergency call 111 they don’t come to GP. Further whenever I tried to book appointment. They are always fully book. I walk in and choose to pay more in the weekend. Still they serve people who come late 1st. Does not make sense.
Great place highly recommend. Great service, doctors are very helpful & respectful always give good health advice.
Docs are ok, but just Almost impossible to get through on the phone for anything. They just dont pickup.thinking of changing doctors.
Wish there was an option to choose 0 star. This clinic is pathetic. Staff is absolutely unfriendly. Online appointment booking system is a joke here. They cancelled my appointment twice saying the doctor is not available on the same day of my booking just after they confirmed my booking. Asking me to wait 2 more weeks before I can see a doctor. LOL someone may die or develop serious issues if waited 2 weeks.walk in takes forever and you sit there for half a day to see the doctor. Look at all the previous reviews.less than 2 rating out of 5. Time to shut down and boycott this place.
Dr Kathirgamu Sinnathamby is racist and called my profession something derogatory and then tried to push that onto me. He made me feel uncomfortable and I found he was rude!
And do not get me started on the useless reception team, great for Asian cultures, can barely speak a lick of English and can barely do their jobs!
The amount of appointments miss booked, no booked, messages not being passed on…
This reception team needs to be trained or something. It is appalling. Prebooked appointments 3 months in advance and then they tell me the doctor won’t see me but I still have my appointments with them.
The need to get their accounts in order too. It’s best for yourself to keep on top of your account, your appointments and what they are charging you…
Trying to get in touch with their manager is harder than finding a needle in a hay stack.
The level of respect here is extremely concerning.

Worst Doctors ever. No consideration for your time but you better be on time. Waiting area freezing, cold and raining and the airconditioner is on. Poor communication poor management. I recommend you DO NOT go here.
I wont even give 1 star because of the receptionist. They are really rude and racists and donno how to speak to the patients. When ever we ask for an appointment they say after a month or 2 months only we have and walkins have to wait for 4-5 hours minimum. We are sick and need some check up immediately and we are not here for movie or coffee with doctors. When I asked to escalate the call the receptionist saying no Manager or Team Leads are on the floor and they can manage any situations without managers and team leads. Dont even have curiosity or courtesy to understand the issues. I spoke to Shailander and he was so rude and not allowing anyone to speak. If Dr. New Lynn have those type of folks one day they have to close the clinic permanently. I have to say I have to give -5 stars for the type of service.
This is my fifth year enrolled to this place and today i have had enough of this place, and will be looking for another GP, you'll find the Rudest receptionist in here, The man was so rude the last time i visited them i didnt even wanted to talk back and went into another GP and paid $70 for consultation instead, how can you be so rude in a GP, mate i'm not asking for any favours from you i'm inquiring about a paid service. The Doctors are great, but by the time you'll actually get to the doctors you'll be twice as sick and stressed looking at their admin.i didnt even want to talk about today why do i have to convince you guys that i'm sick and want to see a doctor? Why do you guys look down on your patients? Why do i feel i am not welcome there everytime i visit this place? Just dont waste your time here, i think you'll still find as qualified doctors as this place and have stressfree visit.
There was over a two week wait to make an appointment so a walk in was the only option left. I understand waiting, but forced to sit here to be triaged by a nurse is ridiculous. When your name is called you need a high powered hearing aid to pick it or forfeit your place. Seriously considering going somewhere else after 10 years of being here.

The doctors here are good, but very poor customer service from receptionists. Being defensive before starting to explain anything. Being sarcastic and using words like " dear " does not help either. Please be polite when talking to people. As a family we are enrolled here for the sake of doctors who looks after our kids. But takes 2 months to get a GP appointment.
Worst service if I could i give - they don’t deserve any star
If someone gets sick today they only have appointment after 2 weeks what’s wrong with them? It’s not emergency case but can’t wait for 2 weeks as well and receptionist is so rude he told me go to another clinic dude i am enrolled with you that’s the reason i am calling you i am going to change it today
Worst of its kind. The doctors may be good but the service is deplorable. I was advised not to make an appt but to walk in. Took their advice stood in a line from 7.30 am. After opening the doors was told at 8.15 no walk ins today or to wait till 9.30 and after that longer than that. Have been with them for the past 20 yrs but time to move elsewhere. This isint the first time. A waste of time only for a repeat prescription. Theres a reason why the doctors are leaving.
Originally had given 5 stars. But recently I’ve changed my opinion! And thinking of changing my doctors.
