For the last two years I have found the service appalling. It seems that all the female doctors work part time. You can never get an appointment immediately and told to go to A&E. If you do get an appointment you wait a good 30 minutes as the receptionist has booked several patients for the same time period. It’s an unmanaged practice. Also they seem to have a huge turnover in doctors. I find the service unacceptable.

I have seen 3 different doctors here for my children and they have all been excellent. Amazing manner with kids and you never feel rushed. Morning appointments have always run on time. Reception staff are lovely and very accommodating. Fabulous local doctors

Called to find out how I register or go about getting care for my 2 year old son who woke up with sores all over him. Was rudely told no bookings for unregistered patients, sorry. The person on the other side of the phone wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. A friendly, caring approach can go a long way to worried mum on the other side of the phone.

Had an appointment at 4: 45 for one of my daughters who had a swollen eye. Went on time with my 2 babies. After 30min wait, one of my babies started crying (which is understandable after being in a waiting room for so long), and the receptionist very rudely told me to wait outside. So we spent the next 30min sitting on the concrete floor in the parking lot with my 2 babies.
1hr wait, and the doctor barely even looked at my baby, and just gave her antibiotics when it was probably just an insect bite.
Looking forward to changing medical centre ASAP

I had an appointment on 4: 15 for my baby 6 weeks check and vaccination.
At noon, I received a notice saying that the doctor we booked could not see us, that’s fine, We accepted and changed doctor. What’s unacceptable is that we waited more than half an hour in the waiting room, 5: 10pm after baby check we been told that they could not give baby vaccine bcoz they almost close and usually need observe for 20 minutes after the vaccinations blablabla, so ask us re-appointment again. If u know gonna take 20 mins observe why u guys so late to check the baby.
We don't have choise so we need come back next time only for the vaccination but I'm really unsatisfied about this unprofessional service.
