Ordered some wardrobe doors recently - the guy on the phone was super helpful and ordering was straight forward. The doors arrived well packed and on time. Only thing that could be improved is customer notification that the doors have been shipped - the delivery driver called and luckily I was home. Very happy and highly recommend these guys!

They were helpful in assisting us with exterior door options. They recommended we replace our door with another aluminum door despite the fact they don't sell them as such

I ordered the mirror double sliding wardrobe doors, they just arrived and took less than an hour to install. I'm very happy with the build quality and the doors overall, only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because communication issues meant I had to chase them multiple time to get a response after my order was delayed by a couple weeks. I have no problem with delays, especially in the current climate (I expected the 5-6 weeks advised on the quote) but it just would have made it much less frustrating if there was some communication and transparency around the additional delays. Just a simple email or call to tell me there was an additional couple of weeks expected would have made a big difference.

I've needed new interior doors since getting my floors & carpets replaced earlier this year. Finally ordered them! Staff v helpful, actually so was 1 of the customers, and I should get them in 2 weeks. Now to find someone to install them.

I brought 6 internal and 1 front door from the door shed. I drove up from Christchurch to collect as I needed to help family move south. The order was ready on pickup as some doors needed to be cut down for custom fit. The prices were way cheaper than down south and i even got some hinge screws thrown in. Thanks again for the great service.

I occasionally get doors and hardware from them and find them always helpful

We places an order for wooden entrance door. Mason Wu attended to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were also reasonable for the quality of their products. I would definitely recommend this business.

Excellent service. Guys were really helpful and knowledgeable. Went to buy exterior doors with frames and got them. Also got all the hardwares as well. Man at the reception was very honest about feedbacks of their products. Great deals. I would say best in town.

Emailed twice for pricing then pay them a visit & still no response to my request for a quote.
End up bought elsewhere & I'm glad I didn't have to deal with them.

Ordered a couple of pre-hung doors from the guys in Panmure via email.
Service was quick and easy and with any issues. Quality and tolerances were excellent and at very reasonable price.

Just went in to buy 2 doors, the worker there wouldn't even show me the door - Rude and arrogant, go buy doors from somewhere else

Everything is all good with my experience customer service is good Grant doing a good job at the panmure store, a lot of knowledge and always getting things done, just prices a little bit too high for me

Limited variety in the store, but very good prices

Shocking with attitude of the staff soon to know he is the owner. His responsibility with the out come of the produce. When he taking order he did not write down correctly, once product is not right is not his fault? !? ! Soon after argument is he admit is not customer fault, howevere still not his fault. I feel disgust with totally ungentelman behavior.

I'm not professional builder, when I went there to make order I brought picture load on my cell phone to show. What I want it to be look. Now He told me doesn't matter what picture like?

Total cost is 110. Now come to fix as he put door inside-out. He ask for another 80. Then I told him I should not have to pay as I don, t think I should. However I believe for fixing will be workmanship involve (I just want job is done) but to pay other 80 from full price 110. I don't think is right.

I would able to pay 80 with that money I'm can pay but I don't think is right! And to due with un trader.

Please keep my money $110 for unquality service that you serve to public. It doesn't make you richer but you feel shame as you already told me it not my fault (customer)
