Beautifully compiled collection of goods. NZ focused, wide range of items (jewellery, posters, cookware etc).

Our granddaughter, over from Melbourne, wanted to buy some authentic Kiwi souvenirs and found Fantail House. What a lovely place with great stock supporting Aotearoa New Zealand artisans. We now know where to take overseas visitors for something special.

Really great kiwi gifts. Sent a beautiful swamp kauri serving board and painted ceramic platter to my son and his partner in Aussie. They arrived in one piece beautifully wrapped and protected. The kids loved them. Would definitely recommend

Wow, a hidden gem! This is a great gift shop selling beautiful NZ art, gifts and souvenir items, set down a little lane in a garden courtyard. I was surprised by the size of the store inside (across two levels) and the range of things available. Topped off with friendly service, this is a must visit if you are looking for a gift for family overseas or a piece of beautiful NZ art.

Lady at this shop was unattentive, didn't even bother to greet me when I went to have a look.

Called our group "intimidating" for her non existent customers that were no where to be seen 30mins from closing, as we waited for the bride and groom to finish their photo shoot a few stores away from hers.

Just so you know, we were all in formal wedding attire, there is nothing intimidating about that, and we were at your entrance for less than 10minutes, there were no customers to be "intimidates" by us.

An excellent gift shop specialising in New Zealand made items. We visited on a whim and very pleased we did. Their range is diverse and the shop itself is well laid out. A great place to buy gifts or souvenirs - whether visiting or local.

I ordered a beautiful crocheted unicorn 2 days ago and it was delivered to me today. Am blown away with the speed and the quality of product when I unwrapped it. Thank you Fantail House!

The most exquisite Kiwiana store of all time. Such amazing NZ artisan creations. I could literally spend hours in there.

Beautiful little shop in Parnell. Has everything you would need to brighten your home with memories and pieces of Aotearoa/New Zealand.

The staff were very friendly and fun to talk to.

Full of wonderful creations produced by local artisans, the shopping experience was made all the more interesting and unique by Lisa (shop manager) who could tell me all about the people who actually made the things I bought.

Amazing souvenir shop! We were there for more than an hour as they have such a wide range of lovely things from New Zealand, so pretty atmosphere and super friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Beatiful shop! Best souvenir shop in Auckland so far. A big range of souvenir and craft works made in NZ. The owner is really kind and friendly. The location is a little bit far from the city center, but the area is really nice. Higly recommended!

We are tourists from Japan and visited the shop today with two young children. We were so excited to see the range of products all made in NZ. The owner was so welcoming and delightful with our children. I was really worried about them touching all the products but the owner didn’t seem phased! I’d really recommend this shop for anyone wanting authentic and New Zealand made gifts.
