Fireplace Company called on to replace our Stack 600 installed with flue for 30 years at our family bach. Geoff Dunn’s team installed excellent replacement unit discovering in process that old flue was worn out, allowing heat to char ceiling of our high pitched lounge. We were lucky to avoid a ceiling fire. Thanks team. Excellent pre and after sales service.

Great range of fireplaces to choose from. We are very happy with our gas fireplace. Wish we had done it earlier. Incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to heat your home. The Fireplace heats up quickly and has superb ambiance. Being able to control the heat levels means you can always feel comfortable. The staff at The Fireplace were excellent in every aspect of our purchase. Outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend Gazco Fire. So many issues with starting and has cost’s a lot of money in repairs.

I had a Gazco electric fire installed 8 years ago which now needs a little maintenance. The staff at their Mt. Eden showroom still had me on database record and their after sales service is A1.

Good quality and decent variety of specialised product with both electric and gas options available. They may not sell the most expensive brands but they certainly do not sell cheap non branded stuff. A good middle of pack kind of budget and variety place.

This Fireplace store is absolutely fabulous. Wow, if you are building or renovating then you need to consider installing one of these Fires. Not only will they be a centrepiece for your home but the clean, cosy warmth they ooze is mesmerising. The store is a little off the beaten track but well worth searching for. The staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are also recently under new management, so if you haven’t been here recently, then you really should make the effort. I was so toasty warm that I didn’t want to leave!

We purchased and had installed the Jetmaster BROFF Outdoor Gas Fire on our deck area. It is an excellent product and gives out excellent heat. The advice and assistance received was very helpful. I would recommend them highly.
