Really helpful team. Needed a small replacement piece of glass after an accidental breakage, they cut a bit to size and because it was so small they did this one free of charge. Thanks guys

This shop served me twice, both in excelent way. First time when I could not find frame in store for my artwork they in minutes made me castom mat matching artwork for frame for very reasonable extra. Second time they put new pins in my own frame for free. I wish you guys all the best.

It's the little touches that make a difference with service and The Framers Guild surpassed my expectations with the creation of two frames for some recent family photos. The finished product looks amazing with the photos and the quality is much better than the mass produced ones in bigger stores. The frames were packaged well with the delivery the company went out of their way to make sure the frames arrived safely with us.
Primarily we chose The Framers Guild because of the custom size of the photos limited options elsewhere but now I would happily go back for any photo frames we need in the future.

I had wonderful customer service - I was in a rush for the delivery and the store hand delivered gorgeous frames to my house. Outstanding. Great price and quality frames.

I drove over an hour to pick up an A0 frame this week, and got it back home and the glass keeps popping out of it, but that's not as bad as the service I received. The older guy who works there shouldn't serve customers. He was very rude and impatient. The young lady who was serving me initially, was lovely and helpful until the older guy turned up and took over. Asked if I had paid for my frame twice then ordered me to key in the price myself on their eftpos machine! He carried my frame to the car, but ordered me out of the store as If he was doing me a favour, after I had just spent money in store.
If you don't like serving customers, then stay out the back and let the other helpful and polite staff members serve.
Although the frame is not in perfect condition, it's not worth my time coming back to your store.

This is one of the best framing services I know of. The Framers Guild are both professional and friendly. They have provided me with sound advice on framing fine artwork and prints. Recommend very highly.

Simply outstanding service and the best quality framing I have experienced. Alex goes way above and beyond in meeting customer expectation and his attention to detail is astonishing. We had a very difficult-to-mount, signed rugby jersey and a family embroidery sampler from 1947. Alex produced two finished items that now hold pride of place in our home. Thank you Alex - we appreciate the great effort you made in making these just perfect.

Quality of the cutting down of a large print we gave them which they then mounted and framed for us was awesome. Then they went out of their way at the end of the process as well. Really good price -the cheapest I could find so I went to them even though I’m on the other side of town. Highly recommend

Bit late of a review but on Monday the 15th of Aug had such a great customer service experience getting a quote from a lovely dark haired young woman who was super friendly and personable and was more than happy to explain different options to us. Left feeling really chuffed definitely will come back to get what I need framed up done.) Thank you!
