20 Clearly the company has changed hands. I had previously had great service, not a regular, just a casual, but they would usually replace the bin within a week.
I have been calling for 3-4 weeks now. I have even paid them in advance (foolishly). I have spoken to the person answering the phone (assuming after Covid they would be snowed under and not expecting immediate service), and it was always "I will get to you".
Last time it was "I haven't got the small truck to get down your driveway", I could have put the bin out on the road but no opportunity to say that before the call ended. I have now phoned and left a message (no reply), and emailed. No reply.
I guess I will get neither my money back nor my bin emptied, time for another provider sadly. Gary was great
Absolutely shocking service. They increased my annual bill with no explanation by 30% and I can't get in contact with anyone. Have tried calling emailing etc and just keep getting emails in return from a no reply email address. Dumbest person ever who manages their customer service! Ask a client to reply to a noreply email.
They promise but they DONT deliver-paid for a 1 off bag 2 weeks ago-despite 4-5 emails to them & 2 phone calls we still dont have our bag which of course we wanted for weekend project-they have our money of course. Now we plan to cancel completely-so sick of waiting
This company is THE worst. You can never contact them, they don't come when they say they will. I had a broken bin, they amazingly replaced it and said to leave the broken bin out for the next pickup, so I put a big sign on it to remind them to take it away, so they just emptied my bin and left the broken bin on the side of the road. Called them, but guess what? No answer. Absolutely useless. I don't even want to give them 1-star
This company take your money quite happily but don’t empty your bins when promised, sadly extremely disappointed I’m looking elsewhere

- The previous owner paid for our subscription until March. The lady from the customer service of this company mentioned that this is considered as new account and we should pay for the new subscription!
Worse experience ever!
It amazes me how this company scores as high as 1.4. Everything is poor: they are late for collections; they miss collections; they still charge for those missed collections; they fail to respond to emails; but they are superb at sending bills on time!
Do not use this company! Their customer service is terrible, their charging system is geared very much towards a service that they don't provide. They are totally inflexible and will not budge, even for a customer who has been with them for 15 years. I have cancelled my bag and will never use them again.
Until recently I never had any problems with this company, however last months garden bag was not collected, and when I queried it, company advised had GPS proof the vehicle was at my property to collect. The Garden Bag Co, did then come and collect. This month the bag remains full long past collection day, Thursday. I log in to find my collection day is suddenly Tuesday, there was no notification of this from this company. Clear communication is so important.
Do not communicate, we left property 3 months ago, gave 2 months notice, still trying to send me bills, idiots don't answer phones or read emails!
Terrible customer service, very impatient lady called Karen.
Don't even wanna hear me out on what the question is, just pushing the customer away and trying to end the phone conversation asap.
Whoever runs this customer care team or the company, please note that your customer representative is killing your business.

NO communication, never reply to emails. Never answer the phone and when you leave a message they neve call back.
Just shocking. I paid them but it hasn't shown up on my statement and now they have stopped collecting as my account is "overdue". Impossible to contact them to resolve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The administration for this company is indescribably poor. If you want to email them daily and receive ridiculous and unrelated replies go ahead. The pick up has been reasonable but the accounting system is a shambles.
Do not use this company. They are a rip off, and will charge you all these extra charges that you are not liable to pay. The amount for each collection varies considerably with zero explanation and they are impossible to get hold off.

Glad to see it’s not just us! After saying we don’t require their services anymore have now received a bill for their collecting the empty bin- interested to see where in their terms and conditions it says anything about this. Glad we’re leaving as they seem to make up the charges as they go along
After years of straight forward service without issue, Clippa implemented a heap of customer unfriendly initiatives to make their business more efficient and profitable. We tried to continue but when their fancy billing system failed to make sense (billed for 3 collections on one day) we gave up and cancelled the service. Great opportunity in the market for a competitor who understands they are dealing with people not faceless email addresses and bank accounts.
As numerous others have discovered, once this company was taken over customer service vanished. The knock on effect it seems is that now the customers are vanishing also including myself.
THIS IS FANTASTIC SERVICE! PERFECT VALUE FOR MONEY! I CAN'T ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY! WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
