Took in a heater filter that was looking the worst for wear. Received excellent advice. Couldn't expect more.

Had an Ember 700 fireplace installed by Chris (and Scott - building contractor, referred by The Gas Man). Very professional and efficient!
The fire has brought instant ambience and warmth to our open plan living area, we can even turn off the central heating in the evening. Expensive overall but has already changed how we use our living space for the better.
Only recommendation is that before you install get a full estimate of all install costs so you don’t get to much of a surprise.

Excellent service from Aaron. Our old Smeg cooktop was expertly brought back to working order with some clever improvisation given its age. Great to have all elements working again. We have previously had a gas heater and subsequent gas fire installed by this company. Highly recommend.

Recently we had our gas fireplace serviced, the service man arrived on time and did an excellent job servicing and cleaning up after himself. Then we decided to install a gas water heater which was also carried out by your team in a very professional and timely manner. Both times Ea kept us informed on how the servicing and the installation will occur which we appreciated very much. We will definitely be using the gas man in the future.and highly recommend them.

The Gas Man's service is second to none. I have used this company to fix appliances and recently reinstall a gas fire and a hob in a renovation. The servicemen arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend using this company.

I have never experienced such a delay of poor customer service at all.it took them 1 week to get the correct quotation for me and the promised builder's quotation will never come through.well.thank you i will find somebody else who is more committed to provide a genuine customer service
