Loved the Cocktails, food was amazing.
Atmosphere was really nice felt like a Tiki Bar.
Only thing I would of liked was a highchair for a 1 year old.

Fantastic food and so much of the menu is Gluten Free! Service was smashing, super friendly staff and very efficient. If I was staying in Auckland longer, I’d come back again.

My entire whanau thoroughly enjoyed their experience at the Good Luck Coconut, from the kai to the drinks to the set up! It was beautiful from start to finish. Thank you team for being so accommodating, we'll definitely be back again!

Food is delicious, service was amazing and helpful as we forgot our printed tickets to a concert and the manager printed these off for us. Thanks for been so hospitable!

Okay service, terrible food (you could tell some of the food was just bought and cooked, not from scratch). Would not recommend.

Had lunch here the other day. Food was delicious. The only thing that was really disappointing was the portions.
I ordered the salt and pepper squid. Couldn’t decide whether to just get the smaller dish $19 or the Main dish $32. I decided to get the main so I get more squid. The waitress asked whether I wanted it with salad. I said yes. When it came the bowl was full of salad and about 6-7 pieces of squid. The person beside me ordered the smaller dish which had well over 10 pieces! My friend on the other side did the same but ordered chicken and only got a few pieces. I would have expected the same amount of pieces of not more than the smaller dish with a portion of salad not a whole main sized bowl full of salad and a few pieces of squid or chicken. Food was delicious but portions do not correspond with price! Please be aware of this and ask them how much pieces you will get compared to the smaller dish before you order.

Yummy Kai, delicious cocktails, great variety of wines and the most attentive staff I’ve encountered in a very long time.

Highly recommend.

There was a varied group of people (family, friends, couples) and it caters wonderfully for all.

I had really bad customers experience at this restaurant. We had big group party, raining day and cold weather, we ask staff open fireworks for us. But they told us, we can move inside, won’t go this bar again. If they don’t have it or not work. I will understand. The reason I can think of is racism, because all the other tables have their fireworks on.so shame.

We celebrated a suprise 50th Birthday here at the weekend. From booking, to dropping off decorations, payments for drinks, set menu decisions.nothing was too much trouble! The food was delicious too. My only feedback was that the mains felt similar to the starters, etc in size and could have been a little more substantial or included more sides to make it feel like you were eating more of a main rather than more nibbles/small bites. This didn't affect the evening or ambience and is just worth noting. On top of all of this, the service was simply superb and faultless. We were looked after by Zee and he honestly couldn't have done more to ensure our night ran smoothly and he accommodated all of our needs despite being busy. A true hospitality gentleman, which is hard to come by these days due to burn out and understandable staff shortges. All in all, a fantastic evening and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the of team, you were awesome!

Great cocktails (bikinia bottom + some sort of jungle cocktail, both 9/10), and tasty entrees (karaage FC + shitake dumplings). However, pork belly main was essentially a very fancy deconstructed Hawaiin pizza. Definitely not my jam + not really what I expected from an Asian fusion resty. Also, id say overall it was a little bit overpriced considering the meal size. Serving staff were lovely though, they definitely get a 10/10

Ordered the wagyu beef burger which was a great portion size and came with lots of chips. The flavour of it wasn't quite what I expected but the fish dish we ordered was really good and I highly recommend it!

We organised a workplace reunion at this wonderful restaurant. Not only was the set menu really wonderful value for money. The space is cozy and very modern. Really great place for groups!

Great vibe, AWESOME coctails and very good food! We had the tempura fish and chips, the rum glased pork belly with pineapple and green chilli salsa and ember roasted tiger prawns. The presentation of all the dishes were immaculate. It would have been great to get a bigger menu with more choices but it is not always possible with staff shortages in the industry. The ember roasted tiger prawns were perfectly cooked and fresh. The fish and chips was a bit disappointing but still good, just tasted a too much batter and too little seasoning. The winner of the day was the perfectly cooked pork belly and the amazing salsa that came with it. I will go back any time for the vibe and the expertly made cocktails. The food was well price and enjoyed it immensely! I highly recommend The good luck coconut for a great night out with friends!

Wow. Who knew? First off, good selection of cocktails, and tasty. We had all the small plates, which were fresh and delicious. Then the salad, awesome.but you have to have the pork belly! I've had pork, but this was amazing. Lightly smoked, slow cooked n glazed with a rum sauce. With crispy crackle too. I'm going back just for that.

Had the most amazing food and service. Went out for lunch with my sister in law and my 10 year old daughter. The menu had so many wonderful options. Also my daughter who is coeliac had the best fish n chips. The staff were friendly, kind and so helpful. I was visiting Auckland and would definitely recommend this place.great food, awesome atmosphere and amazing service.

Great cocktails, ambience and food. Visited with kids for a rare night out, I was glad it was this place.

Had my husbands 40th birthday dinner here atmosphere and tiki decor are awesome, set menu and cocktails were all delicious and although they were short staffed and drinks took a while to come out we still had a great experience!

I had my birthday dinner here at the weekend and OMG it was amazing. We had a group of 25 and every single meal was DIVINE! Cannot stress enough that if you are having a special event then this is your place to go! The cocktails were incredible as well. Thank you to Fraser and the team - your service was incredible and we will 1000% be back again!

Friendly staff, great place to dine and relaxing. Pricing is good and overall dining experience was fantastic. Food here is to die for, I would highly recommend this restaurant as a family friendly place. The decor here is amazing and not like all the others in the area. Warm and inviting.
