Prompt and clear communications throughout from Las. Walter was incredibly thorough and courteous during the underfloor and ceiling assessments.

The installation of the underfloor insulation was very well done at a great price.

Walter was very honest about my parents' existing ceiling insulation and advised against replacing it because the costs won't justify the difference it will make to their house. He proceeded to provide some thoughtful advice on other ways to keep the house warm. We really appreciated the transparency and recommendations from this team.

I was really pleased with the job done. They were careful with my decorative plaster ceilings. They completed the job quickly. Liked that they provided before and after photos. Pleasant people to deal with.

Floor insulation and moisture barrier installed. Excellent prompt service, very reasonable quote and photos taken of before and after so I don't have to crawl under the house myself. Would recommend them.

Overall we are really happy with the whole process, the team at the insulation warehouse have all been great to work with, from quotation right through to installation and following up to make sure we were happy with the work. Kevan Hunt representing Insulation Warehouse reacted immediately to my call for assistance to remove wet insulation from under my home following the Auckland flood of 28.01.23. The old insulation was taken out by a team from my very narrow underfloor area the following day. The urgency being due to the warping of the newly polished Matai flooring. Kevan monitored the drying process over the next few weeks to enable the new insulation to be installed at the appropriate time. A very efficient company all persons spoken to from Kevan to the office staff and the installers were on their game and knew their jobs. I would recommend this very professional company.

This is the second time we have used The Insulation Warehouse. First was a year ago for some insulation during a smallish reno, and this time for a window film to cut out the heat of the sun in our lounge that was streaming through the window in the ceiling/skylight. When the sun was out our lounge would heat up and it was unbearable to be in that room.
While the job was rather small, they mentioned they could add it on to their schedule when they were in the area for another job. They were very accommodating, and most of all, our lounge isn't roasting hot now - the window film has made a hugely noticeable difference. Thank you!

I recently ask them to install the Moisture Barrier for my rental property. Kevan is very kind person who are very easy to communicate with, and explain reasons about what happened.the service was great. I strongly recommend this company.

We used the Insulation Warehouse to vacuum up and remove all of our old paper insulfluff; and install new segment insulation in our ceiling.
We have a split level home with extremely tight access and the installation team complete our job in record time; I'm still blown away at how quick and cost effective the process was.
I had considered completing the install myself, but after seeing the team in action I am glad I didn't.
