Young lady was very helpful showing me where my bags were and helping me load them into the boot.

August 2023 recently bought black mulch and used one of their trailers, apart from a muddy driveway found them really helpful and receptionist extremely pleasant, will buy products from them from now on, bit cheaper than the opposition.

I can’t believe what I just experienced… good old fashion service. It’s sad that this is so hard to come by now but the team at the landscape yard were amazing. I was there to purchase some rebar and they allowed me to cut and bend it on-site, which saved me from hiring the equipment. Then half through cutting the rebar, it started to rain. Cam offered me a raincoat, which turned out was his personal coat. I explained I would make it dirty as my hands were covered in dirt, and he said not to worry and he would wash it that night. I haven’t shopped at this yard before but I can honestly say they are worth the visit. They’ll make the effort to make you feel welcome, provide great advice and their product range is outstanding. Highly recommended.

We called them up to check if they’re open for us to dump some clean fill. Th person on the phone said yes, open till 4.
We drove all the way there, the. They told us they aren’t accepting clean fill! Why not mention that when I called you rather than me wasting time out of my day.

I needed a load of firewood and found the prices very fair, the staff are super helpful and offered to load manually into my ute tray due to my unusual paint job, I declined the offer but found the loading was very fast and careful anyway.
An definite friendly bunch of people that I will be buying from again.

I was turning left from Gt Nth rd onto Rata and got the green light, I then started off, next thing one of your trucks reg LFY686 came flying through almost t boning me! Feeling extremely lucky to be alive I then went to the nearest Lotto shop! Mate, talk to your drivers.

Very helpful staff, a cute selection of succulents and other plants. Some wonderful rocks that really made my garden look finished. Good stuff. Looking forward to them getting some NZ made clay/terracotta pots.

My first feeling about the yard as it can be neater in comparison with their competitors. Also the first staff member we encountered was not really pleasant to ask for information. So I will go there but only if it is real no other choice

Such an awesomely friendly and helpful team. Even came and pulled my Hipsterdogs van out when I got it stuck!

My advise: dont use them unless a girly job is all you need. They mucked it up by coming 2hrs late while the digger was on time doing his job. He didnt know. Then they dumped the load on the neighbors property. They just didnt listen, even though we explained in detail where and how to deliver. Waitakeres are a little tricky to maneuver. Then they took it all away without re-embursing our money. Men in pink, what can I say. Karma works. We got the job done without them.

Sign says firewood, went in and bought a bag of firewood, got it home and I reckon after I've scrubbed the inch of mud off, it'll be dry enough for the fire next winter. Fair enough not your main business but just dishonest to take money for it.

My husband and I came in today to get half a metre of scoria and half a cube of stones, the guy in the office was a absolute pleasure to deal with its a pity more companies weren't more customer focused like The Landscape Yard
