The Lula Inn reviews
79Staff are rude and arrogant, I was the sober driver went to the toilet when I came back my jacket was gone when I asked the staff that were beside it where it was they told me I was aggressive
Their service during the bottomless brunch was nothing less then spectacular.
Staff were kind and friendly.
The bacon and egg burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had.
10/10
Awesome place to eat something and have a drink! The host and the waitress was very nice to us. Lovely sight would come back any time!
After going to Lula Inn I can’t say I would ever return. The staff are so rude. The drinks are so sweet you might as well drink syrup. The drinks would be acceptable had the staff not been so rude.
Chelsea made the entire experience absolutely amazing. Perfect service and so bubbly and helped to make our table enjoy the whole morning. Recommend having Chelsea look after you if you’re after an honest, well serviced and friendly person!
Food was good. Not alot of range for food on the bottomless breakfast menu but the mocktail they have was soooo good.
Our waitress Chelsea was amazing! The food was amazing and our drinks were toped up constantly. She deserves a pay rise!
Went for the bottomless brunch. A little pricy but you get a good experience and it’s always busy so must be pretty good.
Great atmosphere and a nice view of the harbour. Good prices for the quality of food, however, the fish and chips didn't have any flavour. The coconut fried chicken sandwich was delicious though. Did get really noisy inside and outside but for a beautiful day like this I can understand why. I would recommend to a friend to try at least once.
Although there was an extensive wait time to be served food, all staff were very friendly and the food was worth the wait. Plus the drinks kept flowing the whole time, haha!
The food was great for casual dining but the service could improve. We stopped for dinner and tried the pizza, mussels and ancient grain salad. All ingredients are local. The mussels were exceptional. The other dishes were flavorful and enjoyable.
A good place to eat and wait before going on board the dolphin and whale watch. The atmosphere was really nice. The food needs to be seasoned a bit more.
The price is alright, thanks to the atmosphere.
Was here previously and had spectacular service. Today however was not one of them. Food is pricey but decent. They have some good specials now and then, so be sure to check with them before you order.
Bottomless brunch was fabulous. The food is pretty yum but we know we are all there for the endless mamosas!
The food here was terrible. We had fish and chips which was over cooked and oily. You didnt get much for your dollar. When we walked in it took some time for a staff member to serve us and the place was practically empty. The staff were friendly enough. Its decor is also a bit run down. I wont be recommending to friends. Its a shame as its in such a great location by the harbour.
Food was nice when it finally arrived. 40 mins before we got our first drink.so service was slower than a snail
Potentially homophobic bouncer denied me entry stating that I was too intoxicated when I went to check the menu for a late night dinner. I literally hadn’t had a drop of alcohol at all that day and had only just left my room after flying in a bit earlier. I of course proceeded to argue and the bouncer then proceeded to push me. Classy place.
Was here for corporate xmas lunch so a tough gig, but food was uneven quality and service a bit slow
