The Property Market describes itself as boutique, this is another word for small and budget with no scope. Our experience was abizmal to the point of laughable. Antonia Baker was our agent and she couldn't keep up with her own lies. We received out of date statistics to no shows to open homes. At the conclusion of our contract we didn't receive a phone call just the keys in the letterbox. My family and I have had dozens of houses sold and this is by far the worst agent. It didn't have to be like this. Our house has since sold 250k above her appraisal.
