The service here is fantastic. We phoned a bit unsure about what we actually needed. After 10 minutes on the phone, we knew what product we needed and were able to order it. It arrived by courier within 3 days (we are rural delivery in the South Island), and came with the correct pressure already set based on our needs. Often businesses have just one person who know their products but it seemed everyone at Pump Warehouse knew the products back to front and could answer every random question we could think of. After a water issue for underneath the house needed resolving I went to the Pump warehouse for advice. Tina from the Albany store assisted me and had a wealth of knowledge. Her recommendation proved to be the ideal solution for the problem and the pump is in a works like a dream. I cannot rate the pump warehouse highly enough, staff are great, nothing is too much trouble and the products are of high quality. Rather than guess, it is worth the time to call into the store if you are unsure as to the best solution for the water issue. Thank you at the pump warehouse for all the help.)

Chris and the team at Pump warehouse are amazing. I ordered a pressure tank and attachments and it arrived promptly. Subsequently, I had a question of the required pre-charge pressure of the tank and Chris was very helpful in answering my question and solved the issue. Highly recommend the Pump Warehouse.

I phoned The Pump Warehouse and explained I was having a problem with my water pump and they quickly agreed to send someone to investigate. Jacques arrive on time exactly when he said he would and examined the pump. He removed the pump and took it apart then and there and replaced two bearings. He was personable, knowledgeable and did a great job. He also confirmed I could get my water filters, including the UV filter from The Pump Warehouse when they needed replacing, which I shall do.
I received the invoice promptly the same day for the amount agreed.

These guys are amazing. Last year I needed a new pump, filters and UV light installed. The team at The Pump Warehouse were super helpful with product information and spent the time explaining everything to me. Jacques came out and installed it all - stella job great customer service and workmanship.
This year I replaced my filters and UV light and couldn't do it myself I called the team and they sent Jacques straight out again the level of service was great, he installed it all in a flash.

Very fast delivery - and helpful response to my questions from Tina. Got just what we needed.

We needed a double filter and UV treatment for our tank water. After some research, I found this company offered the best deal. Super helpful and friendly advice when I visited their showroom. They also installed the system under our house. It was great to have an experienced installer (Jacques) who knew what he was doing. These people are totally professional and don't charge ridiculous prices.

Highly recommended. We needed twin filtration + UV to treat surface water. Excellent technical knowledge from the office staff, good advice, and a superb installation by Jacques. Good system design, careful layout, neat plumbing and no leaks. All needed items were in stock, and the promised schedule was met. Definitely our first choice for any future needs.
